House vacation rentals in Margaret River

Naomi's house was great for our short stay. A lovely house with spacious areas throughout and a relaxing outdoor area near the pool, and was also nice and quiet location whilst also being walkig distance to the local restaurants and the foreshore. Would happily recommend to others and would stay again in the future.

This spacious home in Dunsborough was perfect for our stay, plenty of room to relax and a well-equipped kitchen that made meals easy and enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with beautiful beachfront paths, parks, and the town centre all within easy walking distance. A peaceful, comfortable base for exploring everything the area has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay — thank you to all at Swell Stays! The house was exactly as described and worked really well for a week away with a multigenerational family, including some who needed a little extra help. A couple of small things that might help future guests: the pool isn’t heated (totally fine on sunny days, but a bit chilly for little ones when the clouds came over in March/April), and a quick guide to which air-con remote controls which room would be handy — we may have missed it, but figured it out easily enough. Loved the location, with some very enjoyable walks to the pub for Happy Hour. Overall, a great spot that felt like good value for money — we’d happily stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home,private,homely,spacious and relaxing. So close to the town but felt out on our own away from the hustle and bustle,felt like a home. Very relaxing space and had everything we needed and more. Outdoor area was perfect, great entertaining area to have lunch/dinner and relax or enjoy the stunning pool area which we enjoyed each day. Tania couldn’t have been more helpful with everything and so friendly to chat to, definitely will be back

It’s a great place like own house experience. Kitchen , living to bedroom area everything inside and outside was great. We are from Perth and had a family guest from Adelaide they also really impressed , enjoyed pool and the night stay close to Indian restaurants as well walking distance to Busselton jetty . Happy to continue the 5* reviews of this property. We had the best time and the house was immaculate. Can’t fault it. We were two families with a total of five children and we had plenty of space. The kids were especially fond of the chickens and looking for eggs each morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Thank you Cathy. Casablanca is a gorgeous home in a beautiful location right on the beach . We had so much fun as a family in such a relaxing environment. We will definitely come back and try to finish the jigsaw puzzle next time, we were so close but ran out of time . Regards from all of the Duffield family x

Our place was exceptional and met every need we had. With a family wedding to attend, our party of 5 all had our own bathroom which was brilliant and something I really wanted but didn’t think I could find. The home itself is exceptional in its presentation and equipment on offer. Very clean. If I could give Wayne a 6 star out of 5 for his service, I would. Thanks for making our stay so good and helping out over and beyond the usual.

The location was perfect - close town centre amenities like coffee, food, grocer etc but not so close that there was a constant stream of people walking past. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk where my dog enjoyed a good walk and sniff

We stayed over Easter and had the most wonderful time. It felt safe and homely with everything we needed. The space was bigger than I had thought from the photos too. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, our daughter spent time with surrounding neighborhood children each morning and afternoon. We would reccomend this property to anyone and would love to return in the future ourselves. Our hosts were especially timely with communication and friendly to approach.

Great spacious, modern property. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a few families with seperate living area for kids. Outdoor area fantastic too with spa, BBQ and large grassed area. A great base to explore Busselton and the South West. A little noisy on Bussell Hwy in front bedrooms, other than that perfect. Thanks for a great stay

Very tidy spacious house, perfect for a down south getaway

We have had a wonderful few days staying at The Tree House in Dunsborough. Thank you Eve! Your place is so beautifully situated and was super clean, tidy and had everything you could think of from bikes to boards to beach and fishing. We hope to be back soon!

Dorothy’s place is fantastic. The interior is excellent and as listed. It’s beautifully decorated with interesting artworks and furnishings and a spectacular bathroom. There is a wonderful under cover and open area outside with lots of seating in a gorgeous garden. The house is situated in a perfect position to walk to cafes and restaurants and set off on hikes. Dorothy is a delight to communicate with. She is so helpful and kind. We really appreciated her recommendations. We highly recommend staying at Dorothy’s beautiful home.

Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, animals, sunrises and sunsets. We had it all! This place met all my expectations. Wonderful views, beautiful house full of light inside!

John’s place is beautiful. Excellent living space for a family getaway, located in a peaceful neighbourhood, where there is an easy walk to the beach. It’s a bit of a further walk into dunsborough, but this is doable. Check in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the local info and family friendly tips John provided. As a host, he was really responsive. Thank you so much for a lovely few days!

Easy check in, clean and good amenities. Far from town centre but quiet area.

The view was amazing and the sunsets where incredible. At night time the ocean breeze coming through the bedroom windows with the sound of the crashing waves outside was so lovely to lull you off into a deep slumber😍 During the day we were out and about at the beach surfing and enjoying our time with each other and our kids. It did get really really hot in the house during the day in the upstairs main bedroom but once the sun went down it was fantastic. The place was lovely and clean and the fact that our 3 adult kids had a bathroom and bedroom each was an even bigger plus for us, everyone had their own privacy if they wanted. Danielle was a great host really helpful and informative we would stay again no problems

We had a lovely stay! The location is great, and the place is filled with plenty of toys for kids, including beach toys which our little ones really enjoyed. The beach-themed decor is super cute and created such a fun atmosphere, our kids absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend for families!

Lisa’s house was amazing! Even better than in the photos, the house was so spacious with plenty of space for our whole family. The outdoor area including the pool was fantastic. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Lisa’s house.

Beautiful home! Was great for my family for the week, really thought out touches added. Close to Margret river township but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle for quiet time. Would highly recommend
