Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Lovely spot the view is why we select this home over many others, just watching the dolphins swim by whilst sipping wine watching the sun go down from the balcony was awesome. Property was very clean so that was a real winner for me. Only negative is the road noise - from the few cars going to the marine I guess. But overall would highly recommend had everything you could need and I would absolutely book again, would make a great stay for a few adults or the whole family or 2 . The beach opposite was just so beautiful and a really quick and easy drive into Busselton.

Wonderful homely space, old charm with plenty of options to close off areas to laundry / lounge / bedrooms for ease of tracking a busy toddler. Nice high door handles too! It was lovely to have our family pet stay with us and unlike most pet friendly properties it was super neat and tidy!

We had a great time at Jane's place. We had three generations of us staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of space to chill out and plenty of walks and beautiful places to see. Amazing stay!! Had everything you needed for a family. Very clean, comfortable with a decent sized backyard for kids to play with a swing my babies loved it. I loved how they really catered for families including a portacot, high chair and plastic utensils and plates. We have stayed in many Air bnbs with our family and this one is at the top of our list of favourites! Also hosts were very responsive and helpful to our messages. Highly recommend.
