Green areas with a small forest of native trees and a swimming pool. Capacity for 7 people, max 8 guests (living on a covered terrace of 80 sq. meters, cable, Wi-Fi, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Close to beaches and many places for supplies. La Tinaja uses 2 systems to heat the water, a wood-burning boiler and gas.

We are 800 meters from downtown Olmué. Family-friendly and quiet atmosphere.

The room is spacious and sunny and has a table that can function as a desk and a closet. We have a kettle, microwave, minibar, plates, cups, and services. In addition, there is a water, tea and sugar dispenser to liven up the arrival of our guests. We do not receive children.

Clarification: The Airbnb is on the second floor of a building, with its own independent access (All photos are of the Airbnb and for the exclusive use of guests). Separate from the first floor where the host lives. The only thing that is shared is the access to the parking lot :)

The place is ideal for visiting as a family, it has all the amenities, it is very well equipped, we all really liked the place. The area is very quiet, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The beautiful garden, we love fruit trees, very beautiful and the pool is very nice. Francisca always responded to my messages, very happy with the experience and we hope to return someday. Highly recommended, definitely a 10/10

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
