Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Marennes

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice and tastefully decorated house in a quiet area. It feels like home. Everything is there for a great stay by the sea, the amenities are of very, very good quality. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay, large living space, private garden without a view, kitchen with all the necessities. Only a toilet downstairs, we found it annoying. And we are also not a fan of fragrance sticks everywhere in the house. Enclosed property with parking, at the edge of the residential area. All in all very satisfied.

We rented the house for a group of 10 and everything went perfectly. The accommodation was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. The host was extremely responsive, available throughout the stay, and very accommodating, including accepting a late checkout. We had a great time — I recommend it.

A small old house with a family feel and very spacious, we were 4 adults and our truffle. And we were able to enjoy the house and its exterior without jostling. To be repeated.

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

We had a wonderful Pentecost weekend at Villa Isis Atlantique in Portes-en-Ré. The setting is simply idyllic: the house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends. The garden, the bowling alley, the half basketball court, the pool table and the swimming pool add a touch of serenity and luxury that invites you to relax. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the center of the village, while enjoying absolute calm. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and availability. We're leaving with memories in our heads… We'll be happy to come back!

David-Paul's house is the ideal home base for exploring the whole island. It is very nice and decorated with a lot of taste. It can come right out of a booklet. All materials are quality and the bed has a particularly good mattress. It is also very cozy in the evenings. The garden is large enough to be able to crawl away in every corner with a good reading book and a bag of coffee or aperitif. A blissful place to stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here. It was not rented on our last day and were allowed to check out what time we wanted. Particularly thoughtful of David-Paul. A top stay. Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!! We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

A beautiful beachfront location. A very beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We did a lot of walking, in the center of Fouras, within walking distance. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.
