We wanted to provide generous comfort while preserving the authenticity of the premises. The fully equipped Duroy house has one bedroom and an extra bed (one person) in the living room. Connected to fiber optic internet, it offers television and music (AirPlay).

Dependency of 90 m² adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45m2 living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: -Chamber Terra Cotta: Double size bed (140cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secured swimming pool (6m × 12m), open May - September. Accommodation not accessible to people with disabilities.

The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are stairs to climb to get to the living room/kitchen, as well as to the bedrooms. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

Only 25 minutes from downtown Le Mans. Accommodating 1-4 people, this secluded cottage is located in the heart of nature on a large lot. To sleep you will have 2 single beds and a sofa bed.
