Massimo and his father Giordano are great hosts. Giordano reminds me of my father. Full of life and love of good wine. we have stayed at the villa before and as always we had a great time. the view of the surrounding hills, full of trees and farmland is stunning. everything is calm and beautiful. Corinaldo is close and walkable, with great places to eat and a pleasure to walk around. the new garden area with the swimming pool is great to relax. I had my first swimming of 2025 and the sunbathed in complete tranquility. the house itself is large and furnished with the old style (when furniture was an art). The villa is situated at a great spot and can be used as a base to discover the surrounding villages. only one hour from Ancona and the beautiful old town with all the places to visit. We plan to be back every year during our European trip.

From the moment we booked with Giovanna, all communications were polite and friendly, clear checking in instructions along with a video, the apartment was fantastic, just as the photos, but better, made use of the upstairs balcony, with some very nice local vino, peaceful, safe and friendly neighbourhood, several fantastic restaurants all within walking distance, along with a very well stocked supermarket. Also the private electric gated driveway was an unexpected treat, on check out Giovanna was also extremely helpful and friendly. If we ever return to the region, we will definitely book again 10/10⭐️

Amazing place to stay and enjoy all that Citta San Marino has to offer. Stefano went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly for our arrival, and the home was beautiful, clean, and with the best view ever!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

Villa Fiore is just a fantastic place. We had an incredible time there, my son and daughter absolutely loved it and keep asking to go back there. The house was spotless clean and the communications with katia has been seamless. The view over the countryside you can admire from almost every corner of the house is spectacular. Just around the corner from the house there is rustic but very famous restaurant in the area, it's called I'll Pergolato dalla Maria. You need to try their signature dish, Tagliatelle with beans and pork rinds. I would definitely go back to Villa Fiore without any second thought.

Perfect place to rest after a busy day on the racetrack! Calm, peaceful and adorable host! Must recommend!

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

Great time at this Air bnb! Everything was extremely clean and just as pictured, Marco was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful beaches right across the street, great food just 5 minutes walking. Grab a taxi at the station if you come by train! It’s only 30 minutes walking but in the summer heat and with bags we could not do that :). The taxis are located outside platform to at the Riccione Station. Thank you again Marco!

This is the second time I've come here and I feel right at home again. The apartment is complete with everything, new and very clean. Federica is exceptional. The location is very central and despite everything there is silence and tranquility. I look forward to coming back

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a week's vacation. Fridge, kitchen, air conditioning, TV, shower, washing machine. My wife especially liked the large terrace, as you could always relax comfortably with the two chairs. There are 2 air conditioners. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. The decor itself looks newly renovated. Parking is also available by car in a locked garage, for €20/day. However, the space is extremely tight, so the car should not be an XXL SUV. I was there with a station wagon and it was not an issue. Shopping in the form of mini supermarkets is 100 m in front of the accommodation, so purchases can be stowed directly.

This is the second time we've been back to one of Lorenzo's places. They're perfect. Lorenzo is an extremely kind and flexible person according to our needs, he was very helpful. The apartment was perfect as in the photos, equipped with every comfort. We found very comfortable mattresses and pillows (not to be underestimated) and even the crib for our baby was perfect. Very useful washing machine and laundry service for sheets and towels. The area is the best in Rimini, a stone's throw from the beach and well equipped with everything you need. Very convenient garage under the building, on rainy days it is convenient to load or unload bags, worth the expense. For us it's a 10+. Thanks for everything Lorenzo, we'll see you again by the end of the year.

Unfortunately, we only spent three nights around New Year's Eve, we would have been much more. Giuseppe is a wonderful host, almost his brother or cousin who left with you, always available both in communication and in satisfying every need, as happened having asked for a stove. The apartment is in a great sheltered location, but in the center, where the beach and buses can be reached in a few minutes on foot, the street parallel to where the location is located (in Rimini you could also walk, for those who love to walk). Very large, comfortable, warm, clean with terraces and great bathrooms in the two bedrooms while the third has a very large outdoor bathroom. I was afraid of a shower without a dish and no box, and I had a great time. Great "welcome fruit", as well as fruit juice, tea bags, coffee, cookies, salt, pepper oil and more, which are not so discounted. I highly recommend and see you soon!

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but high up so as not to hear the street noise. I'll definitely be back.

The apartment is on a street with convenient transportation, not far from the station. According to the address provided by the host, it is convenient to take bus 23. The bus in front of the apartment can reach various attractions.The room is as described, Gianfranco is a good host, quick to respond, although we don't speak the same language, communication is smooth, and he also helped us solve the problem of luggage storage, so we don't have to worry about our trip, thank you very much!

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed at Renata’s place for 4 nights while my wife was attending a conference in Rimini. Renata’s place is in a perfect location. Close to the main downtown area and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches. It is a cozy comfortable space that we felt really comfortable in. Parking was super easy as well. We would highly recommend staying at Renata’s place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mirca and Daniela's apartment. The house was perfectly clean, quiet and cozy, exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy: always available for any request or information. Great value too. I definitely recommend this property

At a time when I really needed it, I found Roberto's apartment, and it was wonderful for the days when I needed to rest. Roberto is also a wonderful, kind person, he helped me in many ways and I am very grateful. The apartment is impeccable and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, extremely clean, comfortable, bright, with a wonderful energy. I've been traveling for two years and I've stayed in countless Airbnbs around the world and this was definitely the best I've ever stayed. I recommend it to everyone!

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.
