Monthly Rentals in Mardela Springs

Our hosts were exceptional at communicating with us prior to arrival and during our entire stay. Even brought over firewood and makings for smores to enjoy around the fire pit. Girls loved playing in the horse paddocks and enjoyed watching the neighbors horses while eating their breakfasts. Over all, anther great memory maker in the books for this family.

We had an amazing stay here! Terri is so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. This is one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. It’s quiet, beautiful and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We felt so lucky that Lori & Mike's place was available when we made last-minute plans to take advantage of a beautiful fall weekend. The secluded waterfront location was just the sort of nature-focused getaway we wanted, with the bonus of being close to many of the Eastern Shore's small towns and activities. Lori & Mike greeted us for a brief tour and primer on the property and the use of the kayaks; they are friendly hosts who clearly care about creating a great guest experience. The loft was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. For guests, there's a dedicated fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a private dock for launching the kayaks; we made use of all of them, and really enjoyed our paddle up the creek! We had brunch in Salisbury, lunch in Cambridge, dinner in Berlin, and even wandered as far as Fenwick Island for a fall beach day. It's a great jumping-off point for an Eastern Shore getaway, whether you want to do a lot or very little. Would book again!

We stayed here the night before the SBY marathon, and it was the PERFECT location (<10mins from run parking). The apartment was clean and as described. The place itself was a little hard to find in the dark because the community does have street lights, but the instructions to get to the apartment are very clear and accurate once you arrive. Communication was excellent. I would stay here again if I do this race again next year.
