Welcome to this lovely 65 m2 apartment located in the countryside and close to the city. Less than 10 minutes from Narbonne, 25 minutes from the beaches of Narbonne-Plage or Gruissan, you will find in the charming village of Marcorignan a bakery, a pizzeria and brewery, a grocery store, a pharmacy. The apartment is located within the walls of our accommodation and has an independent entrance. Parking is reserved for you outside the door. It can accommodate 4 people (one bedroom and a sofa bed).

A 3-minute walk from all shops: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco/newstand, hairdresser, beautician, laundromat and restaurants. Also great for traveling workers!

This cottage consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 sleeping areas, a bathroom, a private garden with barbecue, trampoline and a swimming pool from June 1 to share with the owner.
