Welcome to this lovely 65 m2 apartment located in the countryside and close to the city. Less than 10 minutes from Narbonne, 25 minutes from the beaches of Narbonne-Plage or Gruissan, you will find in the charming village of Marcorignan a bakery, a pizzeria and brewery, a grocery store, a pharmacy. The apartment is located within the walls of our accommodation and has an independent entrance. Parking is reserved for you outside the door. It can accommodate 4 people (one bedroom and a sofa bed).

Located near the Canal du Midi, a family gite to recharge your batteries in the Narbonne region. Charming 46 m2 cottage located within our family residence, renovated at the end of 2021. We are located 2.5 km from Le Somail, a typical village on the banks of the Canal du Midi (30 min walk along a path lined with vineyards). A 3-minute walk from all shops: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco/newstand, hairdresser, beautician, laundromat and restaurants. Also great for traveling workers!

Quiet terrace studio

5 min from Narbonne, on Montredon des Corbières. Let yourself be lulled by the song of cicadas in this pretty 20 m² studio, with its private terrace. The host welcomes you to his home, but access is independent. The premises are entirely dedicated to you, 140 cm bed, air conditioning, TV, WIFI, equipped kitchen, shower room with toilet. Linen provided. You can park your vehicle in the cul-de-sac for free. Ideal for resting after a visit to the region, or work, or a day at the beach.

In a 19th century wine-growing building, this atypical and renovated gîte will welcome you in a beautiful green setting. Ideally located in a quiet village 5 min from Narbonne (Large buffets, historic center), 20 min from the beaches, 1 hour from Spain and 45 min from the city of Carcassonne. This cottage consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 sleeping areas, a bathroom, a private garden with barbecue, trampoline and a swimming pool from June 1 to share with the owner.

Welcome to this former 17th-century cheese maturing cellar, which has been fully converted into a charming loft. It offers generous space, with a large, bright living room and a welcoming open kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage for 2 vehicles. Ideally located in the heart of Carcassonne, 50 meters from Les Halles, restaurants, and shops, and a 15-minute walk from the Cité de Carcassonne. Fully air-conditioned house.

Lost in the countryside between Narbonne and Carcassonne, find this little green oasis with an apartment (adjacent to our accommodation) and its private garden. Relax around the private pool for yourself in this natural setting. Sleeps 3 (one bed + sofa bed) are available. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. You will also have Wifi (fiber), Tv, senseo coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and electric plancha.

Outside you will enjoy these garden lounges and a 40,000 m2 wooded park, closed for the tranquility of children as well as a mini farm (the animals are in their own enclosure) where you can enjoy fresh eggs in a quiet and peaceful place an indoor pool available to you and free of charge as well as a petanque court your vehicle will be safe right in front of the accommodation, to facilitate the unloading of your luggage.
