This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

Hostitelka byla velmi hodná a reagovala pohotově, umožnila dřívější check in, všechno bylo v pořádku, dům moc pěkný, přesně pro naši větší výpravu, kousek zastávka MHD, blízko restaurace i obchod. Byli jsme nadšeni, jen jsem čekala parkování na pozemku, ale museli jsme parkovat na ulici. Niméně klidně bychom se ubytovali znovu 😊

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, spațios și foarte bine echipat. Locația este perfectă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă la detalii, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu încredere!

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great stay! Spacious with an ornate high ceiling and good layout. Spent entire days on the deck watching all the different types of boats navigate together as the Grand Canal squeezes down to curve under the Rialto Bridge. The adjustable awnings provide shade as the sun set each day. Very historical feeling, knowing people have been watching that view for over a thousand years, incredible! As a logistical note for seniors, the steps are well done, carpeted, wide, and well-lit with good handrails.

Super séjour chez Katja😊 La chambre et la salle de bain sont tres propres et pratiques. Nous pouvions allés à Venise très facilement avec le bus ou le tram (environ 20-30min) car l’arrêt est à 2min à pied. Le quartier est calme et l’arrivée au logement s’est faite très facilement. Les + sont les petits déjeuners le matin avec des petites attentions en plus pour Pâques.

Mieszkanie wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach, wyjście na taras z każdego pokoju. Czysta i przyjemna przestrzeń. Kontakt z wynajmującym rewelacyjny. Dojazd do Wenecji trwa 20 minut autobusem, albo 10 minut pociągiem. Komunikacja miejska w promieniu 5 minut od mieszkania. Serdecznie polecam 😊

Un accueil chaleureux par Marianna, un cocon douillet où l’on se sent bien, moderne et décoré avec soin. Tout est beau et fonctionnel, tout est fait pour rendre notre séjour en Vénétie encore plus agréable, plein de petites attentions pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Dante se souciait que rien ne manquait.. on a beaucoup apprécié cette délicate attention. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes et loft bien situé pour rayonner. Affittato per motivi di lavoro, posizione ottima, centralissima, non ho mai dovuto usare l'auto per spostarmi. La casa non dispone di parcheggio, ma a breve distanza ce ne sono molti gratuiti. Condivisa con una collega: due mazzi di chiavi, due bagni, di cui uno in camera, quindi massima riservatezza, massima indipendenza, spazi ampi.

L’appartamento di Lucky è comodissimo, a 100 mt dalla spiaggia e dalle vie principali, in una posizione tranquilla e riservata, e super pulito. Lucky è stato super disponibile nei confronti delle nostre richieste e ci ha anche omaggiato con le verdure del suo orto. È stato un piacere alloggiare nel suo appartamento. Ci torneremo! We will never stay anywhere else. This was our first time to Venice. Edoardo gave us specific instructions how to get on a water taxi and where to get off. He met us at the station to help us with our bags and brought umbrellas (it was raining!). It’s 100 paces from Giglio stop to his apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds and linens were very cozy. It has a washer AND dryer in the unit and well as a safe in each room. On the water side of the apartment, singing gondolas go by and there are pretty flowers planted right outside each of the apartment windows. It’s like a beautiful movie. Just outside the apartment you can walk over a bridge and catch a gondola or through the streets of luxury stores 10 mins to St Marks square. It’s a 15 minute walk to almost anywhere you want to go. No need for a car or water taxi once you get to the Giglio stop. Edoardo accommodated our bags before and after our stay and advised us with travel to the airport. Great host!

This apartment was perfect. We felt like locals living there, despite the fact it was only a short walk from St Mark’s Square. Close to a supermarket and a fantastic local restaurant. Water taxis could drop us off in our street (no suitcase carrying). Apartment is owned by a family that live in it occasionally, so everything ‘works’ like a home. Spacious, with different areas for all the family. Fantastic views too. Will be returning!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giovanna. La maison est bien rénovée et très propre. Giovanna nous a donné plein de recommandations de visites, a été très réactive et même proactive pour tous les petites choses à gérer. Le jardin est très grand et très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un délicieux goûter fait maison. Merci!

Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.
