The setting is ideal for relaxing and practicing activities such as fishing, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing etc... Also close to all shops, (including the Cité Europe: restaurants, bowling, hypermarket...) the beach and a water park as well as Lake Ardres 25 minutes away.
