Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

Great apartment, stylishly decorated. Very central right in the old town. The apartment is very spacious and is also suitable for a longer stay. Next time we'll come much longer, the apartment and location are so beautiful.

We spent 10 nights in this very cozy apartment. There's enough space for two guests. We had some cool weather in April, but the fireplace on the kitchen side warmed up the apartment really quickly on cool days. Massimiliano was very friendly and answered all questions very quickly. We'd love to come back someday.

Communication and check-in were very straightforward, Gianfrancesco was very personable and took the time to show us the accommodation. We enjoyed our stay, Gianfra's accommodation has everything you need for it in a vacation rental. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view from the terrace.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Stefania was a perfect Host. Very clean and satisfying comfortable accommodation. we left our dog in the garden one afternoon and Stefania took care to check that it was fine. Everything was as described and with attention to detail!We will be back!!!

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

Everything is perfect in line with expectations. Careful apartment and excellent cleanliness at the time of check-in. The residence is well organized all in all near the beaches and the village. Great pool and common areas. PS: a negative note should be changed, sleeping well when you are on vacation is essential.

Beautiful bungalow with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and private veranda. Great communal pool and well-kept garden with deck chairs. From the house, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car! Good internet, wifi and mobile network theoretically allow work from anywhere. Easy check-in and out.

The accommodation is very pleasant, authentic, located in an exceptional setting, quiet with views of the Tuscan hills. Monica is welcoming and warm. Precise instructions for accessing the house. We recommend it!

Everyting was as expected. A very nice stay. Clean and a very nice ocean view.

Staying with Elena was something special. The location offered a lot of peace with a great view of the sea. The style and coolness of the house in the summer, the shady and lounge-like places outside offered almost a kind of club atmosphere. The "price" for this is about 20 minutes' walk to the harbor of Porto Azurs.

Lovely place with a big garden, exactly as advertised and Gianluigi is a very helpful and responsive host. I did not realize when booking that it does not have wifi though (phone reception is OK)

Comfortable, air-conditioned house with a beautiful outdoor veranda for breakfast and dinner. Good quiet location in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of the towns and beaches but close to both the north and south coasts of the island. The host was nice and receptive, he lent us the cell phone charger we had forgotten. Have a great stay. All good

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. Thank you for the pleasant hospitality. The apartment is very quietly located and yet you are in the lively village with all amenities in a few minutes and a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We liked that we could arrive by public transport. We will be happy to come back.

very kind owners!! clean house with everything you need.. free parking and an outdoor area with barbecue, table and relaxation area.. there is a very convenient private parking lot near the center of Marina di Campo. If we ever return to the island of Elba, we will definitely come back here to their place. great location!!

Was very great, we had some problems with the electricity in between, but Raffaele was immediately available and helped us solve the problem. You have a great view and the apartment and garden are great. Thanks!
