The house, surrounded by a sheltered garden, is located on a sunny slope in the small hamlet of Langackern between meadows and forests. It offers a special atmosphere of nature and modern luxury: bright, spacious, pleasant, with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views of the lovely landscape. Close to the city of Freiburg and at the same time in the middle of the Black Forest, you can enjoy the culture of the lively city and the peace and quiet of the mountains, the forest and the unique nature.

Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Vacation home "Black Forest" 80 m²

3-room app "Schwarzwald" on 2 levels for 2-4 max. 6 persons. Included Entrance area has space for wardrobe bicycles. On the 1st floor there is a great kitchen with dining area, the living area with sleeping coach (new 01/2025), a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, sep. Sleeping area and a loggia. Another bedroom and toilet are on the 2nd floor. Access to the apartment with code, Wi-Fi and use of the KonusgästeCard. Since 2019, a visitor's tax of €1/person/night is to be paid.

In the "Ferienhaus zur alten Mauer" in Eichstetten am Kaiserstuhl we rent three apartments. The Tannengrün vacation home is modern, cozy and comfortably furnished and has a small balcony with seating. The wellness area with sauna and hot tub in the house invites you to relax after a nice hike. The vacation home is located in the upper village of Eichstetten in a quiet location. In just a 5-minute walk you are right in the Eichstetter vineyards - surrounded by nature.

The Barn - Enchanting with 395 years heritage !

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . On site parking for two vehicles .
