Monthly Rentals in Marbury

We stayed for 2 weeks, and it was perfect for our stay. Jennifer's place was nice and quiet and felt like the country, but was only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. 30 minute drive to the Metro rail to go to all the sightseeing in DC. Plenty of hiking trails nearby too. if we ever come to this area again, this will certainly be out stay of choice.

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

Adam and Isabel's basement suite was everything we needed. Easy to access, great instructions, perfect kitchenette, clean bathroom with everything we needed. The towels were clean bright and smelled great. It was quiet and dark at bed time. The bed was super comfy. Felt safe, secure, and comfortable at all times. Thank you!

Great stay again. If you are heading to the Potomac for a bass tournament this is the place to stay. It is less than 5 minutes to Smallwood state park. The home has everything you need. You can park up to 7 or 8 boats here. Lots of room for sleeping arrangements. Just a great place to stay, and very roomy has all you need. Three bathrooms is a major plus and the washer and dryer is perfect for drying out clothes and rain gear after getting dumped on fishing.
