This was our 3rd time in row staying at Kristopher' house, it suits our family quite well. Easy check-in and check-out, Kristopher is very easy to contact, responds quickly, a very nice young man. The house is well appointed with nice furnishings and newer appliances. Everything works, plenty of water, and the neighbors are friendly. Location is good for our needs.

My partner and I absolutely loved it here! From the booking to the check-out, the host was very responsive and accomodating. She gave clear instructions on the get-go and the place itself was worth its price. We especially loved the kitchen. Honestly made our stay in CDO extra special.

When we got there in the unit Mark was patiently waited for us, he is friendly and kind. We arrived late coz we came from Lanao del norte and a lot of traffic that cause us more delayed. The unit is beautiful peaceful and clean we will diffinitely come back and stay again the unit.

Second time staying in this place the host was very welcoming. The house was clean and had a great time with family. Only issue I had was that check out on Airbnb said 12pm and the staff came and told us to leave at 11 but I had no issues other then that it was ok .
