Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Marathon

We absolutely loved our stay & already can't wait to visit again! We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle board, corn hole, wildlife & napping in the chairs under the palms! We dined at the beautiful Marker 88 twice and thoroughly enjoyed it! We also had food and drinks delivered with no problem & had everything (pots, pans, toaster oven, etc) we needed to make breakfast! We primarily used the one bedroom house closer to the street, but loved having access to the house closer to the water for quick bathroom trips & cold water during corn hole and Sun bathing. Diane is so easy to work with and super helpful. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

The house is located in a peaceful community with a store inside that was perfect because you don’t have to drive to get basic necessities. Pool and spa were perfect. And the view is magical. The house was cleaned and beautifully decorated. The outside areas were perfect too. I loved take breakfast on the porch.

Absolute Keys Perfection!! This vacation spot won't disappoint. Private, gorgeous, well maintained home with lots provided & to do on site, PLUS a place to dock a decent sized boat. Our 30' Grady White Marlin sat nicely at the bulkhead and we could easily spin it in the canal - it does get shallow but if you stick to the marked channel you're good. Homeowners are extremely responsive, friendly & want you to enjoy your stay. Kitchen is fully stocked & has appliances I wish I had room for at home. HiFee boat ramp and Publix down the street. Bonus, there's a preservation next door where lots of seabirds like Frigates roost and teach their young to fly in front of the house. Wish I had booked a second week! or the whole month lol

Karen’s place was amazing. Sitting on the deck and fishing was fun to do during the day and in the evenings when we wanted to relax. We were visited by manatees and saw some very cool fish in the canal. The location was perfect right in the middle of the keys with an hour to get to key west and key largo each direction. Local restaurants were bike riding distance. The house was clean and very nicely taken care of. Most of the local neighbors were nice or the people who owned the surrounding homes as vacation homes. Except for the guy who owns the house directly in front of Karen’s closest to the street, yellow house I believe, he had some rude things to say regarding us fishing but it’s not Karen’s fault the neighbor was a rude person, all the others were lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to return one day.

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

This house was perfect for my family of 5. We where all very comfortable and had plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed. The waterfront lot across from the house was peaceful and had a wonderful area for the kids! The backyard was my favorite!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful setting and we were able to ride the bikes provided by hosts to the beach nearby. The backyard of home offered outdoor relaxation and privacy. The grill worked great too. The home was very clean and comfortable. It is decorated so cute. All kitchen utensils were provided so made cooking meals easy. We did eat out often at nearby keys and the drive was not too far from where we stayed. Lindsey was a great host. She is very responsive and friendly. She checked in to make sure our stay was going well and gave us good info for our stay. We really enjoyed staying here and if we make it back to Key Colony will plan to stay here again. I strongly recommend staying here.

The location was ideal for driving to various local attractions. We also walked over to Hawks Cay and had a lovely visit with the dolphins, which was an awesome experience! The house was perfect for our stay and the plunge pool was a great amenity that we took full advantage of!We had a great vacation!

Peaceful and serene are the best words to describe this house, ocean view and beautiful gardens surrounding the 2 acre property! We loved the numerous French doors with multiple decks, patios to enjoy the views and quiet places to relax or read. Kazi, the host, is respectful, thoughtful and extremely helpful providing recommendations. He even brought us fresh mangoes and coconuts from the trees on the property. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a Ninja mixer for smoothies. The gated driveway and security cameras made us feel safe. ACs worked well. Pool had pristine clear water. The home boasts of old world charm mixed with modern comforts, which worked perfectly for our two families. If you are looking for a place to relax with your family, this is it. I can assure you Kazi went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Previous negative reviews were completely different than our positive experience.

Great vacation spot with kids, plenty of things to do beautiful area and many different amenities and many activities for kids!

This was our first trip to the keys, and Marathon is the perfect home base. We had 6 people in our group, 4 teens and 2 adults and this home was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the canal location and spent the mornings driving coffee while boats moved in and out. The pool was absolutely perfect and we didn't a lot of time, morning, noon and night enjoying the pool. Sleeping arrangements are great, plenty of beds for the whole crew. The house does not beach supplies, so make sure if that's on your list, you grab towels, cart, cooler. Sombrero beach is close and one of the nicest in the keys. The neighborhood is quiet, lots of other rentals, and felt very safe. This home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is big and spacious. We would love to come back tomorrow!!

Brian's home was exactly What we wanted. Beautiful view of the canal, close to everything. The home was just the right size for us. We loved Key Colony Beach!

The house was wonderful and the resort is gorgeous. We loved the location and the ability to walk or call the golf cart to the pool or main resort. The only issues we had with the rental itself were super minor. A couple of the outlets did not work, I would recommend a few more pots and pans, nightstands on both sides in the master so we weren’t wrestling with a place for both our phones and water on one person’s side, and the soap dispensers were dislocated from the wall in both bathrooms. Definitely: remember to pick up incidentals you don’t think about (salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, foil, steam wrap, laundry soap, etc.) if you intend to cook. I recommend cooking bc the main restaurant is $$$$$ expensive. Dinner for 2 adult entrees, 2 cocktails, and 2 kids meals was $425, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was $150. The setting is stunning. Would definitely stay again but prep our own food.
