The environment of Estefânia is fantastic! We stayed my baby, my husband and I, and it was perfect for us. Flat is all refurbished, every space well planned, beautiful and very smelling… we found everything we needed. I consider the best location of Iriri, next to our favorite side of Praia da Areia Preta and very close to the Costa Azul. We had an amazing experience, we'll be back for sure!

My stay at Flávio's place was simply excellent! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy, providing an even better experience in Guarapari. The location is great, very close to the beaches of Morro, Adventista and Três Praias. The atmosphere is quiet, ideal for resting and enjoying all that the city has to offer. It was a good experience I was unprepared to have to bring bed linen, but I got ready. The location is a little far from the center, but they recommended taxi drivers and I hired a driver service that made my mobility a lot easier. Mr. Ademir was an angel in our life these days because we had a wedding in Anchieta and he accompanied us from the hall until the end of the party. All the good things we had were provided by the attention of Bastista and his wife, who were impeccable in their attention. A place for us to go and forget about the busy life. I want to go back and spend a sabbatical week in this place. Thank you for everything, Batista.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay; from the doorman staff - all very attentive and efficient - to the arrival at the apartment, where we were very impressed by the order and general cleanliness, as well as the organization of the furniture and utensils. The location is excellent; having gone in our own vehicle, it was always safe due to the available parking space in the garage and we were able to easily travel from there to the beaches near Guarapari that attract us - Bacutia, Setiba, Morro and Meaipe. For nearby tours, being in the central area, there are several attractions besides going to the kiosks of Castanheiras beach in the late afternoon - a ten out of ten in convenience. We used the swimming pool on the roof of the condominium, which was always extremely clean and provided us, in addition to the alternative to swimming in the sea, a beautiful view of the sea. We liked it so much that we will certainly be back. We suggest providing another comfortable chair for the TV room.

My family and I had incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made with accuracy, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will definitely return if God wills. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Janielly and her husband are incredible people, they welcomed us as if we were their own family, always ready to assist us and doing everything to make our stay the best possible, we found the house extremely clean and fragrant, we didn't have to worry about anything at all because the house had all the items, even the least necessary ones, such as glasses, jugs, air fryer, hair dryer, iron and many other surprises. The mattresses in all the bedrooms were extremely soft and had quality sheets and pillows. The house had a beautiful decoration that allowed us to feel at home, and the quality of the barbecue area was our favorite part, not to mention the others, we definitely want to return soon.

The apartment was extremely clean, the location is great, for those who want to enjoy the beach of Morro in Guarapari, being a few meters from the beach, the house had everything, very complete, including beach chairs and umbrella, the grandson and his wife were super friendly, answering all questions, giving directions to places and making check-in and checkout very flexible, we felt at home, I will definitely return other times.

We are extremely pleased with the hosting! The place is very clean, airy, well maintained and the kitchen is complete, which made it a lot easier during the stay. All very organized and functional. There were 5 of us and everyone was very comfortable. The reason for our trip was a wedding, and since there were 4 of us women, we could have used a larger mirror outside the bathroom, which would have made it easier to get ready. The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach well in the rooms. Oh, and I missed having a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There's a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth checking out!!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches.
