This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

You won’t meet a more kind and wonderful host! The apartment is spacious and great for a long or short-term stay. The location is very convenient for travelling to and from Venice. Would recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would go back again.

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay! Spacious with an ornate high ceiling and good layout. Spent entire days on the deck watching all the different types of boats navigate together as the Grand Canal squeezes down to curve under the Rialto Bridge. The adjustable awnings provide shade as the sun set each day. Very historical feeling, knowing people have been watching that view for over a thousand years, incredible! As a logistical note for seniors, the steps are well done, carpeted, wide, and well-lit with good handrails.

We had stayed at Katja's place for two nights. Everything was clean, comfartable and organized, we really felt safe in neighborhood and at home, transportation was really easy and Katja was really kind and helpful person. We will definetly revisit the place next time in Venezia !!

Dante was concerned that nothing was missing... we really appreciated this delicate attention. Stunning views of the mountains and loft in a good location for exploring. It was a pleasant stay at Daniela's apartment who welcomed us warmly and took care of us when we arrived. A very clean and functional apartment very well connected a few minutes from the tram to Venice which made it easy for us to get around. Daniela's apartment is located in Mestre in a residential area close to very nice shops and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this listing!! We'll be back for more every year. Valeria is a top hostess and the apartment is stylish, clean, quiet and totally cozy ! My mom accidentally took the key home. And although it was very annoying for Valeria, she reacted nicely and understandingly. The key is currently on its way to Padua by courier.

We will never stay anywhere else. This was our first time to Venice. Edoardo gave us specific instructions how to get on a water taxi and where to get off. He met us at the station to help us with our bags and brought umbrellas (it was raining!). It’s 100 paces from Giglio stop to his apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds and linens were very cozy. It has a washer AND dryer in the unit and well as a safe in each room. On the water side of the apartment, singing gondolas go by and there are pretty flowers planted right outside each of the apartment windows. It’s like a beautiful movie. Just outside the apartment you can walk over a bridge and catch a gondola or through the streets of luxury stores 10 mins to St Marks square. It’s a 15 minute walk to almost anywhere you want to go. No need for a car or water taxi once you get to the Giglio stop. Edoardo accommodated our bags before and after our stay and advised us with travel to the airport. Great host!

We had a lovely stay at Giovanna's. The house is well renovated and very clean. Giovanna gave us lots of tour recommendations, was very responsive and even proactive for all the little things to manage. The garden is very large and very pleasant. Hallo, We had beautiful days in Annalisa's bungalow. Everything was as described. The garden is a green oasis with herbs that guests are even allowed to use. The amenities are simple but at the same time have everything you need. Very positive is also to mention the impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, Annalisa gives a detailed introduction including tips for the area (shopping/leisure/restaurants). We were wretched on departure and can imagine coming back😊.
