Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

Alloggio immerso nella natura, ampio..con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza si qualche giorno. Dintorni splendidi e ottimo per una escursione nei boschi sei dintorni..strada di accesso stretta e ripida ma accessibile con auto.... necessaria per spostarsi nei dintorni.. immersa in un piccolo borgo tranquillissimo.. Agata.. molto gentile e disponibile

Siamo tornati con il ricordo ancora vivo dell’esperienza dell’anno precedente, e anche questa volta ogni aspettativa è stata superata. Gli host si sono dimostrati ancora una volta persone attente, premurose e molto rispettose delle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una pulizia impeccabile che la rende accogliente e piacevole fin dal primo momento. La location è un vero toccasana per staccare dalla routine quotidiana: immersa nella natura, offre tranquillità e una vista meravigliosa. Anche con temperature estive elevate (35°C), si riesce a stare comodamente all’aperto, godendo di una gradevole freschezza e di una pace rigenerante. È la soluzione ideale sia per gruppi di amici – come nel nostro caso, per una rimpatriata – sia per famiglie numerose. Siamo tornati e torneremo sicuramente di nuovo. Grazie ancora di cuore!

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Nos ha encantado la casa de Ruth. El sitio perfecto para relajarte, disfrutar de la tranquilidad, naturaleza y de la piscina. Aunque teníamos coche, Ruth nos indico como llegar mejor en tren a Bolonia y fue un acierto. También estuvimos en Firenze. Ruth nos ha tratado como parte de su familia y ha tenido numerosos detalles, tanto con nosotros como en especial nuestro bebé de 10 meses. Muchas gracias!!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. L’appartamento è immerso nella natura, ha tanti comfort ed è silenziosissimo. Margherita e suo marito come host sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Una bellissima vacanza, davvero consigliato!

We absolutely loved our stay in Modena! The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the city, and we especially appreciated how dark it was at night. The bed was super comfy, and the space was thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. Alessandro was incredibly kind and quick to respond to any questions, which made everything easy and stress-free. We completely fell in love with Modena and can’t wait to come back and stay here again—more memories and more pasta!

Der Aufenthalt in Marios Ferienwohnung war einfach nur wunderbar. Alles war, wie beschrieben. Mario ist offen und freundlich. Er kam immer mal wieder vorbei, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dabei haben wir viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Nähe bekommen. Auch über die Kultur und das lokale Essen haben wir von Mario einiges gelernt. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben, alles hat funktioniert. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung mit den tollen Landschaften und kleinen Städten hat dabei auch einen großen Anteil gehabt. Auch, wenn die Ortschaft ein bisschen außerhalb ist, hat man direkt neben der Wohnung ein kleines Restaurant, in dem man fast jeden Abend sehr günstig Essen und Trinken bekommt. Danke Mario, wir kommen gerne wieder😍

Unser Weg führte uns hinein ins Herz Italiens, bis hinauf in die Berge bei Bologna. Der Weg war abenteuerlich, voller Kurven, Ausblicke und Vorfreude - und er führte uns an einen ganz besonderen Ort: eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung, liebevoll geführt von Alessandra und Ludovico, die uns mit offenen Armen und Herzen empfangen haben. Auch ihre beiden Kinder sind wunderbare kleine Gastgeber - und es ist einfach schön zu sehen, wie sich unsere zwei Kinder mit ihnen verstanden haben, ganz ohne gemeinsame Sprache, aber mit umso mehr Lachen, Spielen und Neugier. Wir sind erfüllt - von der Kraft der Natur ringsum, der Ruhe in der Höhe und der ehrlichen Herzlichkeit, die uns bei ihnen begegnet ist.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Environnement calme et à proximité de commerces, Modène, Maranello etc .... tres vite accessibles. Cristian est hyper réactif et très accueillant

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Amazing hosts!!! Extremely responsive and gave us great restaurant suggestions, 2 of them right below the apartment. They also offered us a free night of parking only a block away and very useful travel tips. Location is only a 10 min easy walk to the local market where you can also buy local balsamic vinegar, which is a MUST! It is only a 30 min drive to Ferrari and Lamborghini museums. We are 3 adults and 1 teenager and all slept great and had enough room. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Alessandro and Claudia's place in Montale ☺️ It was clean, spacious and with plenty of amenities including AC which was particularly important as we visited during a heatwave 😄. Claudia and Alessandro were always very responsive to our queries throughout our stay. We would love to visit again soon!
