Beachfront vacation rentals in Maracas Beach

Beautiful place in an extremely relaxing setting. If you really want to get away from it all, this is where to go. It is surrounded by nature and you can hear the waves. The beach is a quick walk. My family was very comfortable and happy there.

Our small group of friend's thoroughly enjoyed our weekend get away at Brend'a home. The space was exactly as advertised and ultimately facilitated a much needed city escape in a comfortable, clean, quite, and most importantly beautiful waterfront setting. Brenda herself was extremely helpful; attentively communicating clear check-in/check-out instructions as well as furnishing any additional items that we may have needed throughout our short stay. I highly recommend this stay to anyone travelling to T&T or locals craving a relaxing weekend in the water. We definitely look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Our stay at Rosemary's place was super peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. We appreciated having all the necessary equipment available to make our stay comfortable. Rosemary & her brother Nigel are gems and super reactive to all demands.

This spot is truly a little private slice of heaven, tended to by absolute angels! Rosemary has captured all the best parts of what DDI felt like as a little girl, from the hammock stand under overhanging flowers to the light board games for rainy nights and the grill to light under clear starry ones. The view from the balcony is gorgeous as well and turned out to be a fantastic spot to catch the Great Race from, coffee in hand and legs kicked up. We fit extremely comfortably as a group of 9, with just enough extra living space to re-enact all the Mama Mia dances and the water cooler kept us all well hydrated throughout our song belting and on-island adventures. The kitchen was well stocked with an array of tools and, perhaps most importantly, the ever in demand blender for icy sundowners. Anything not on hand was quickly accomodated by Rosemary's brother, Nigel. The restaurant, mini mart and beach are a 2 min walk away and are full of the kindest people. Will recommend again and again

Highly recommend this property. Shiraz was extremely polite, pleasant and very forth coming with information and recommendations. The property was very well maintained, minor structural upgrades required but it doesn't take away from the peaceful experience.

A slice of paradise This is a very special place and one that I hope to return to, time and time again. Keith was responsive, friendly and kind. The location for DDI is one of the best that I've experienced, mainly because it sits on a gorgeous bay that I swam in for three days straight. I am a water baby and so although the house itself is super comfortable, clean, modern and overall really incredible (the photos don't do justice)> i spent most of the time on the jetty and in the water. Keith had a kayak, a paddle board and noodles which allowed us to switch up playtime on the water. Both evenings my husband and I head out to the open water to watch the sunset and these were very special moments. There is an outdoor dining room and grilling area with a sink and we had dinners out there each night. The kitchen opens into a gorgeous wooden gazebo with a beautiful breeze and spectacular view. There is also a top gazebo where you can watch stars. I can't wait to be back!

Despite some hiccups that were ENTIRELY my fault in relation to the booking dates , they were very understanding and accommodating. The WIFI did not work( connected without internet) and their were issues with the key for the door to my particular unit but their local maintenance man, Curtis , was AMAZING . I would highly recommend them but , if you are looking for a step up up from my unit I would definitely go for the other units in the building, mine was very basic which I was fine with.

We rented both downstairs apartments which could be opened into one space. Amazing stay! My friends and I can’t wait to get back to Maracas to see Curtis and his generous family. Thank you everyone for your hospitality!
