With a designated parking space in the front driveway, with a personal entrance to the unit & a private bathroom. A nice public Park with an outdoor swimming pool, exercise equipment, basketball & tennis courts, skating park, play area & soccer field. Entertainment, dining, recreation & transportation are nearby.

Relax in a cozy guest suite that feels like home . Lots of parking. Upscale, quiet neighborhood. Private patio & entrance. Private bathroom. Bathrobes. Watch flat screen TV from your comfy bed.& have breakfast on your gated patio. Hi-spd Wi-Fi, fridge & microwave. Only 2 miles to the beach! Everything is hypoallegenic and fragrance free: sheets, pillows, duvet and cover. We use fragrance free laundry detergent. It's a small room but guests appreciate the extra room in the hallway and patio.

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

This West Los Angeles beachy cottage is bright, cheerful and SPARKLING CLEAN. I employ a DEEP-CLEANING service to guarantee safety for my guests and I use non-toxic products. Designed with comfort and efficiency in mind, all bedding, mattress (by SAATVA), wall paint and cleaning products are Eco-Friendly and chemical free. The apartment is in the back garden with a private entrance and easy parking. The hot tub and outdoor shower are in the garden, steps away. A beautiful California retreat!
