The space was very clean, with a small issue resolved immediately upon contacting Maiara. Everything as described, working perfectly. Location close to the Center, but with very close neighbors.

We spent the Carnival at Elaine's Chalé. The place is very pleasant, with a great outdoor area. O Chalé accommodates well 7 people. Great location, close to downtown Penedo. Everything was very clean, both the internal and external area. We only had a mishap about the lack of water in the outdoor area, on the external tap and shower, there was never water, but it didn't get in the way of our great experience. Marcelo answered us quickly by calling it. In short, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back.

The only thing is the barbecue that was dirty and with food leftovers from the previous stay, but that was just a detail that, in view of the whole set of work, ended up being small, we cleaned it and that was it!
