O Chalé Santa Clara acomoda 3 (três) quartos: um no piso térreo com uma cama de casal, e outra de solteiro e no piso superior outros dois quartos com uma cama de casal em cada. Há uma área de convivência para os hóspedes que estão hospedados na casa(a casa NÃO é compartilhada com outros hóspedes), com sala de estar e a cozinha , que podem ser aquecidos através da salamandra (lareira). Esses ambientes são integrados e de uso exclusivo de quem aluga o chalé.
