MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Pool is located just off suite along with a outside shower. Parking is available for one vehicle. Owners live on premiss and we want to make your stay with us as enjoyable. We have bikes and outdoor grill. We have several churches near by and restaurants and beach within 10 min walk.
