Due to its design and antiques the home is not suitable for children under 12. Historic cottage located on Mother Vineyard Road with private access to the Roanoke Sound across the street. The 1930's cottage was built by Robert Bruce Lennon (Kerry's Great Grandfather). Enjoy coffee on the cozy porch & admire the huge, old magnolia tree. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with easy access to the beach - only 650 feet (4 - 5 minute walk). Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided. Conveniently located at MP 6.5 - very close to a movie theater, Target, grocery stores, put put golf courses, go cart racing, shoping and lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.

Located in the forested dunes of Roanoke Island, Crews Cottage is attached to the main house of owners through a breezeway and screened porch. No steps! (See Accessibility section.) Approximately 1000 square feet in total size, it features a large private bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom/shower. The great room has a pullout sofa bed (full) and love seat bed (twin). Kitchenette features full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry, no pets.
