The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
