The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. In the middle of the sports community of Heddesheim is the lovingly renovated, spacious apartment for 1-7 people on the upper floor of our former farmhouse. You will find "4 bedrooms" (see pictures), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a kitchen with spacious dining area, as well as a living room and a large lounge area in the former granary for playing, listening to music, reading and chilling. A washing machine, dryer, 2 high chairs and 2 baby cribs are provided.

In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
