Burayı kiralamadan önce yorumları okurken herkesin Mustafa Bey’i methettiğini okudum ve merakta ettim. İlk giriş esnasında kendisine de herkes sizden bahsetmiş çok güzel yorumlar var dedim. Gerçekten yazılanların çok daha fazlası olduğunu gördüm. Bu kadar yardımcı olan, kibar, naif ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi görmedim. Her telefonumuzu açtı, her talebimize destek verdi, hatta vapura binicez dediğimde bana çıkardı izmirkartını verdi. Yani gerçekten gidip kaldığınızda anlayacaksınız. Ev zaten geniş aileler için 3 yatak odası ile muazzam bir ev. Arkada bir bahçesi de var. Ama evden daha güzeli Mustafa Bey’i tanımaktı. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

çok güzeldi ben memnun kaldım kapıdan anahtarı alıyorsun kendi evin gibi kullanıyorsun aşırı iyi ev sahibi de ilgiliydi her istediğinde ulasilabilirdi ve her istediğini karşıladı fakat gece geç saatte biraz eve girerken korkabilirsiniz çünkü çok ara sokaktan geciyorduk fakat ona rağmen çok güzel bir konaklamaydi ben memnun kaldım ev sahibine de çok teşekkür ederim

Villa fotoğraflar ve anlatimlardaki gibiydi. 7-8 kişi çok rahat konaklayabileceği bir ev.

Çok muhteşem bir ev, muhteşem konaklama. Bunu okuyorsanız mutlaka burayı tutun.

I can’t thank Ersin enough. The place is even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe it. Possibly my best Airbnb stay so far, out of many. Don’t even think twice, book it! (Also there are FOUR bathrooms - wild)

Mustafa was a great host, everything was smooth and easy. He was very responsive and the apartment is a high standard. Good gym facility and the pool was nice. Would recommend.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this Airbnb in Bornova for a week and had a great experience overall. The house was clean, well-equipped, and just as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very helpful throughout our stay. We recommend renting a car if you plan to explore İzmir and the surrounding areas, as it makes getting around much easier. However, we also advise being cautious while driving — traffic in İzmir can be a bit hectic, especially during busy hours. Thanks again for a comfortable stay!

Excellent host and excellent place in a very good area!

Da in unserer gebuchten Wohnung wegen Bauarbeiten in der Straße das Wasser spontan abgestellt werden sollte, konnten wir diese Wohnung nicht belegen. Sarp bot uns noch vor unserem Flug nach Izmir eine größere Alternativwohnung zum selben Preis an, die wir annahmen. Alles war absolut bestens. Die saubere, schöne Wohnung liegt sofort am Meer und an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Man kann alle Ziele einfach erreichen. Sarp ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Er stellte uns Kaffee und Kekse zum Gebrauch bereit. Die Wohnung mit Balkon zum Meer hin ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wer abends gerne fernsehen möchte, kommt gut auf seine Kosten. Der WLAN Empfang ist ebenfalls bestens. Alles in allem: Ich empfehle diese Wohnung gerne weiter und war rundum zufrieden.

Great location and extremely responsive host. Flat was exactly as described and good value for money.

Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.

Yeri manzarası ve konumu çok güzeldi. Sadece tek problem park yeri akşam park etmek için yaklaşık 1 saat yer aradım. Ev genel olarak temizdi.
