I highly recommend Cuneyt’s place. Spacious room with big comfortable bed, great aircon, and most importantly very clean and well equiped. To avoid any confusion; breakfast provided means it is inclusive in the price - and it is excellent with a great variety of foods. Evening meals were a reasonable price, of a great standard, and it was pleasant relaxing in the courtyard setting.

Close to public transportation, very cozy. The breakfast was really good. The central location really helps to cut down on travel time, lots of places for eating & drinking in the proximity. Would recommend

The owners were very friendly, which I appreciated at first, but over time it became a bit overwhelming. They frequently wanted to come down and visit. I brought my client for a medical trip, so it would have been more helpful if they had welcomed us initially and then given us space to focus on our tasks without feeling obligated to. During our stay, my client had an accident on the bed, and I promptly paid for the mattress. Unfortunately, there was also an accident on a cloth sofa that could have easily been steam cleaned. However, the host advised that we had to pay the full price of $2,900 USD to replace the sofa. I felt this was excessive, especially considering it’s a rental property where normal wear and tear should be expected.

Wry cute and cozy place. I stay with kids and we enjoy every minute. We felt very comfortable. Amazing location.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zwischen Kemeralti und Alsancak, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Umgebung befindet sich im Wandel – einige Gebäude sind bereits saniert, und es gibt laufende Modernisierungsprojekte. Das Hotel von Baris ist ein gelungenes Beispiel dafür, wie gepflegt und einladend es hier überall aussehen wird. Nach dem Einchecken fühlt man sich sofort wohl: Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, und das gesamte Hotel ist gut instand gehalten. Baris und sein Team sind sehr gastfreundlich und kümmern sich mit viel Engagement um ihre Gäste. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen, wenn ich nach Izmir reise.

Danke Ozgur, Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte ein großzügiges Zimmer und alles was ich benötigte. Der Service vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein späterer Check-out war gegen Aufpreis problemlos möglich. Die Umgebung ist belebt und es finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Clubs in der Nähe. Daher sollten sich Gäste auf die Lautstärke dieses Szenenviertels einstellen. Mir machte das rein gar nichts aus, ganz im Gegenteil! Ich komme gerne wieder.

giriş çıkışta herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık, temizlik konusunda da sıkıntı yoktu. resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ilgiliydi, her şey söylendiği gibiydi. uzun süreli kalmak için konum olarak eğlence mekanlarından dolayı sıkıntılı bir yer fakat kapıyı tam kapatınca kısa süreli kalmada sorun olmuyor.

Çok güzel bir konaklama oldu. Çalışanlar güler yüzleriyle hep karşıladılar. Konumu çok iyi, temizliği ve güvenliği ise gayet iyi..
