İlk defa kaldık ancak asla son olmayacak. Kafa dinleyeyim hem de uygun fiyatlı olsun diyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Ece hanım bütün sorularımıza her an yanıt verdi. Havuz konusunda da problem yaşamadık, hava 6 derece iken 25 derece sıcaklığı vardı. Güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz

We had an excellent stay in this house. House was perfect for us and was as described. Rooms are well and cosy decorated. Full kictchen with filtered tap water. One car parking space and yes there is car charge plug also. Not only you have private pool but also 150mt away to the sea. Our host was so lovely and easy to communicate. Apples and 200ml ouzo was great welcome suprise. Thank you for everything.

Wir konnten die ganze Anlage sehr geniessen. Die Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang zeigte sich in wunderbarer Farbenpracht. Sehr hat uns auch die Ruhe der ganzen Umgebung gefallen. Das geräumige Haus, die grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche, erlaubte uns als 3 Generationen-Familie mit ganz unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen, einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Katzen, Hunde und Hühner mit Hahn (ohne Gockelgeschrei) erfreuten uns immer wieder in ihrem unterschiedlichen Verhalten. Der Kontakt mit Metin und Ali war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen.

3 çocuğumuz ile ev konforunda, çok keyifli bir hafta geçirdik. Ev son derece konforlu, havuzu temiz ve yeterli. Merkezin kalabalığından uzak, ama arabayla birkaç dakikada gidilebilecek kadar da yakın. huzurlu bir yer. özellikle çocuklu ailelere tavsiyemizdir. Ev sahibimiz Selçuk bey’e de doğru ve hızlı iletişimi için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz..

This newly built home is part of four attached units. THE VIEWS are absolutely incredible. We loved having our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the veranda while enjoying the views. The pool was the perfect touch to cool off and refresh after a long day at the beach. Plenty of beaches around to drive to. All/most have a tavern on site which is perfect for a midday snack or lunch. Having a car is a MUST. There is nothing available walking distance. Groceries are a minimum 15 minute drive. The WiFi was not working, but that was fine for us.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in dieser Unterkunft gemacht, und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Yavuz war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich kann die Unterkunft von Yavuz auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

**Fantastischer Aufenthalt in der Villa in Alaçatı!** Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Alaçatı war einfach unvergesslich. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom charmanten Ortskern entfernt, wo man zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Boutiquen findet. Die Villa selbst ist unglaublich stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten mit dem privaten Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen der Sonne. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung zu geben. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und die Betten extrem komfortabel. Wir haben die ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Alles in allem können wir diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen – es war wirklich der perfekte Ort, um Alaçatı und die schöne Region Çeşme zu erleben.

Konaklamamız gayet güzel geçti. Önder Bey gerek giriş gerek çıkış saatlerinde bize esneklik sağladı. İki bebeğimiz olduğu için bu çok değerliydi. Ev bahçe ve havuz temizdi. Altınkum ve pırlanta plajlarına ve Çeşme merkeze araba ile ulaşım çok kolaydı. Tatilimiz boyunca Önder bey bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığı ile kendisi ilgilendi. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

This house offers stunning 270-degree sea views and a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Ferhat is an excellent communicator and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during your stay. The house is comfortable and well-cleaned. Be aware that there are many stairs, as shown in the pictures, which may be a concern if you have mobility issues or small children. Otherwise, you will thoroughly enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and the taste of Turkish culture. The location is conveniently close to Yeni Foca and Eski Foca, where you can explore street markets and local cafes, walk by the seaside, and pick fruit from the house's garden.
