A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

We recommend the apartment on the upper floor with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies, a living room and an open kitchen. We live in a separate apartment on the ground floor. 🌿 Our villa is designed for a quiet stay, so it is not suitable for parties or loud events. 🌿 It is a semi-detached villa. A long-term tenant lives in the villa in front. They have a small and calm dog that weighs about 4 kg. The dog stays entirely in its own private area and does not enter the guest's area of use.
