🌿 Our villa is designed for a quiet stay, so it is not suitable for parties or loud events. 🌿 It is a semi-detached villa. A long-term tenant lives in the villa in front. They have a small and calm dog that weighs about 4 kg. The dog stays entirely in its own private area and does not enter the guest's area of use.
