Our apartment of 55 sqm called "Jardin Prangeleu" offers a double and a single bedroom, as well as a studio living room with a kitchen. The apartment can host 2 to max. 3 people. With beautiful views at front and back, it is part of an old farmhouse set in a wild permacultural garden of half a hectare, surrounded by protected beech and oak forests. The renovations were done with taste and following our ecological heart. We are close to touristic hightlights of the region such as Durbuy or Liège.

This is where we've recently completed the development of this luxury fully private accommodation, adjacent to our home. For nature lovers looking for calm and wanting to recharge their batteries. Located near the restaurant "Le Chalet Suisse" in Balmoral on the heights of Spa (3 km), the Roulotte will be the perfect base for magnificent walks, relaxation at the Thermal Baths (2 km), a game of golf (500 m) or a visit to the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, close to Durbuy, the Moulin d 'Awez welcomes you for a stay in the heart of the nature. Located on a quiet street, on a property of nearly 3ha your studio is the starting point for beautiful hikes by bike or motorcycle (shelter available ). Our cottage, for 2 people, is an ideal romantic pied-à-terre. It is quietly located in the village of Harzé. It is also the perfect place for outdoor activity lovers. I provide you with ELECTRIC BIKES and a GPS. Closed garage for your bikes and motorcycles. Our cottage is close to the Remouchamps Caves, Monde Sauvage, Ninglinspo, Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, Coo Waterfall, ski slopes and many local breweries.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
