The house is very quiet (residual farm) at the end of a dead end road, surrounded by fields, small nature reserve, near the forest, 10 minutes by car to the beautiful natural beach. The house is simply equipped. Wood central heating (all rooms can be heated, no night storage). In the winter, it is an advantage to be familiar with stove heating. We live with our three children (13, 9 and 6 years old) in the house next door and are happy to be responsive; you can also retreat to your garden area, depending on your mood.

You can rent our completely renovated oak house for up to 7 persons from now on. The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The WZ has a beautiful fireplace and merges into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house.
