Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our cozy apartment is ideal for a trip to Ostholstein. The 2-room apartment is situated in a quiet location in Lensahn. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. The Baltic Sea is only about 12 km away. The bedroom has a double bed with a width of 1.40 m. In the living room there is a large lounge sofa with a sleeping function for 2 people. A baby bed/crib can also be provided upon request.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. This apartment was newly built and furnished in 2022. Our farm is located off the main road, very quiet and idyllic surrounded by meadows and forest. It is about 6 km to the Baltic Sea, Grömitz. You can shop in our Regiomaten or in the surrounding towns of Lensahn, Grömitz. In the season from June, we operate a farm shop where fresh vegetables from our own production are offered.
