Great place and Pataua is magic. Graham's place is terrific and kept meticulously. It was peaceful and well appointed. Very functional and well supplied kitchen and great grill on the lovely deck. We were only able to stay a couple nights but this was a great spot to see Pataua from.

A special tranquil gem with lakeside access! A very private and quiet place to ‘just relax’ and recharge. I had a fantastic nights sleep and sat outside in the morning sun enjoying my breakfast. Chloe the Lab popped by to make sure I was all settled in (beautiful). The place is very well set up, well equipped and so very private and relaxing. Thank you Christa & Hank. One of our best AirBnB experiences! Beautiful location close to the river, friendly hosts, outstanding amenities and facilities and easy access to the town of Waipu and the nearby beaches. We only wish we had stayed longer! Would highly recommend.

Great stay at the Black and White Suites in Matakana. Location lovely and quiet, yet only minutes to the village with access to shops and restaurants. With a car, lots to see and do in the surroundings. Loved Brick Bay Sculpture Walk (amazing native forest) and Sculpturem also really interesting. Property well described; very comfortable bed and sofa for hanging out. Had small fridge and able to make a coffee or have some toast in the room. Would highly recommend for short stays in the village.

Andrea and Mike were very kind and responsive. The couple run the place rather efficiently and respond to the customers' requests very quickly. We found that the ensuite bathroom was a little smelly and the hosts were trying all their means to eliminate the odour for us and even offered to switch to another available suite for us - surely they care for their customers. Thank you Andrea and Mike, we had a great time at the kohinui cottage! Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, amazing place to be!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Alysn. The apartment was spotless and we had everything we could think of to have a pleasant stay. Well equipped kitchen and lovely beds. Lots of extra things we could borrow like boogie boards, beach tents, cool bag, beach chairs and towels. We felt very welcome and wish we had more time to spend here. We visited Tawharanui regional park and had a wonderful time doing eco walk and enjoying the beach.

Had a lovely short day with Sandi. I was looking for somewhere dog friendly, quiet and with a spa pool. This place ticked all the boxes - quiet, peaceful, lots of trees and birds chirping, huge spa and fully enclosed for my dog. Sandi is a delightful host - very friendly, accommodating, excellent communication and very responsive. Also had nice goodies to eat and drink. We even had drinks and a great chat with her and her husband :) highly recomend this host and venue :)

Had a wonderful stay at Madeleine's. She is a warm, welcoming host and made sure I had everything I needed and even helped out with a little laundry issue I needed to resolve! The place is absolutely beautiful, in a gorgeous garden and a sunny position. Everything was super comfortable and homely. Will definitely book again!

Our stay at Ruth and Noel’s place was absolutely ideal for our family function. Beautifully clean and peaceful. Very well equipped, generous breakfast provisions and homemade shortbread. Great shower. We will definitely book again and recommend. Christine & Dave.

Stayed here as I worked at Northport for a few days and it was a gem. Watched the sunrise, very peaceful and amazing views! Comfiest bed, so clean and has all you need if you like to cook your own food. Thank you much, would definitely rebook and recommend to friends and family!

We loved this spacious Studio and especially all the amenities in the kitchen and fridge. This Location is a good starting point exploring the Orewa area. Adriana is a perfect host and the communication was so nice. Our recommendation: GO THERE.

Beautiful, Private, Cozy. Great location, so close to the Airport and Shops. Everything we needed for breakfast. Marjorie was absolutely lovely. Will definitely stay again. 😊🖤

Lovely host, great apartment, perfect location!

This Bach was clean tidy and well equipped and easy to manage. The shower worked well with great pressure and hot water. A pity the BBQ down stairs wasn’t operational. Most beds were comfortable and warm. The whole place was warm with plenty of light and sunshine. The outdoor table worked well for s larger group. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the sandy beach. I recommend mentioning this is the basement Bach.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at David’s place — it truly felt like home! The surroundings were beautiful, the location was close to popular tourist destinations, and the home had all the necessities we needed. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and well-equipped. Highly recommended!

Janeen’s place was lovely. Great location and woke up to an amazing view of Langs beach (and the surf ) !
