A friend and I had a wonderful weekend stay here - a beautiful location in the jungle which is peaceful yet still easily accessible to essential spots on the island. Breakfast every morning was included in the price and delicious. Gaby was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Communication with the host was responsive, quick and helpful including detailed instructions to the property. I would highly recommend a stay at Ôca House - thank you!

beautiful bed and breakfast on ilha grande! was a great location and they had electricity during the day. hosts were very flexible with us on checkin and check out. breakfast was very good as well.

We spent several nights at oca house, the host sends a video a few hours before your arrival for the location, it's convenient to find. We encountered some minor mattress issues upon arrival but this was rectified quickly. We were looking for tranquility, it was perfect, waking up in the middle of nature is amazing. The breakfast was very good. Gaby who takes care of you is adorable. The only slightly negative point is that the environment lacks maintenance. We recommend for nature lovers.

Beautiful views over the bay and nice breakfast. The place is a great base to explore the nearby beaches and hike to Lopes Mendes. The pousada works off a generator so there’s not always electricity available, but as you are out for the day anyway I didn’t mind! Thanks for a great stay 🙏🏼

Outstanding view, easy access to Palmas beach and to others like Pouso and Lopes Mendes (two thirds of the way there comparing to starting in Abraão). Simple but good breakfast given the location. Palmas has few but good restaurants, you wont be stranded. Great host that really helps out with any info. Be aware that electricity only runs through generators at night, from sunset to sunrise. But thats not an issue because the proposal of this place is for you to be exploring outside during the day… Taxi boat from Abraao will cost around 30 reais per person on a shared boat that you can easily find in Abraao pier region. Only downside is that you are very close to other guests most of the time with the small common varanda and rooms side by side. Depending on your neighbors and luck it could get a little noisy.

We loved staying at Bruna's inn. The location was ideal for us, in a very nice and quiet place, and with nearby trails to explore other beaches. The rooms at the inn have everything you need and we felt very comfortable. In addition, the view is beautiful. We recommend this place to those who like to enjoy peace and quiet.

Alexandre and his family are extremely pleasant people. A cute dog and very close companion (including, longing already). We were super comfortable and really felt at home. We left with a heart full of gratitude because they were incredible days and close by stunning beaches. Super recommend hosting, they are good people and very helpful about everything. We already intend to return.

A fantastic surprise, a quiet place with all the conditions for a wonderful energy exchange.....has exceeded my expectations and I will certainly return..!!!!!

Alexandre an amazing person and his wife Patricia as well. Have recommended beaches, bike ride, etc. The place is simply perfect, arboresided, pool clean and ready for use from the first moment and impeccable facilities! It is very close to the beach, it is possible to go both by car and walking there are also bicycles available if guests need it. The market next door is a great twig break! I will definitely return!!!

The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing, Claudia is a very dear and kind person, she welcomed us personally with great sympathy and explained all the details of how it works, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, play area and access to the beach that is very calm for swimming, I really liked it, and all this within the condominium 😍 It was worth the investment, in addition to the food and drinks being very good with values that were ok, because the seafood restaurants in Angra are more expensive I thought, I will return when possible for sure!

I loved the stay! People super good and helpful! Vim with my stepdaughter, galley atmosphere and then even super family time!

I only have one point to complain about the hotel service and lousy. We arrived on Thursday the hotel was still small, the receptionists made our record and then only informed where the flat was located " turn right after the left goes and turns that you think" We went to the pool and there was no one to give us the menu, I went to the bar I requested they said they had at the tables and I didn't see any. Soon after I ordered a beer and 1 water and had to pay before consuming that they could not write down to pay at closing because I was wearing the red bracelet, very angry I paid then I went to check the amount charged they charged R$3.00 saying that it was for the service I questioned that I would have to be informed before because I am not obliged to pay, and especially that their service was awful, in fact I did not have any service. Oque you wish would have to go to the bar counter pay and consume. Thank God we bring food and drink.

I was very well received, very practical check in, accommodations within the proposal of a hostel. Facilities such as kitchen, bathrooms and locations serve very well. Air-conditioned room that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it!
