A chalet on top of a hill (since there are no mountains in Brazil), a wooden structure with a mezzanine, glass front with incredible views, a fireplace to warm up the chill, lots of nature, it is perfect for contemplating the moon and stars! It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, an open space, one bedroom in the mezzanine and another on the lower level, all spaces in the interior are open. It is isolated, my house is on the property, but about 80 meters away. Whoever rents it does not share the space with other guests.

The spacious house is framed by lush greenery, featuring a well-maintained lawn and stone pathway leading to a inviting terrace. A small swimming pool sits adjacent to the patio area, providing a relaxing outdoor space. Natural light enhances the home's inviting exterior.

Beach House and Lots of Nature in the Sahy Reserve

House fully furnished and very cozy. We are located in a condominium fenced by nature with complete infrastructure in front of the club with swimming pools, saunas, hydromassage, pool table, ping-pong, gym, sand courts, multi-sports and synthetic grass and space for children to play. At the back of the house there is a very beautiful forest, well maintained and with benches to talk and relax. Beautiful beaches just a few meters away and beautiful waterfalls not far away.
