We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location could not have been more perfect — just steps from the beach and a short walk to the charming little center full of lovely restaurants and cafes. The villa itself was spotless on arrival, and you could tell great care is taken to maintain it. Every room was beautifully furnished, and the breathtaking views of the ocean made every morning feel like a dream. The outdoor spaces were just as impressive, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each day while listening to the sound of the waves. Being so close to the beach and town made it easy to relax and truly make the most of our holiday. We can't recommend this villa highly enough — it was the perfect getaway, and we are already looking forward to returning!

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, a lot of space inside, very quiet however walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

we had a few trouble finding the place but no drama. The property is located in a small settlement and is accordingly quiet. For restaurants and supermarket you need the car. a small free beach is within walking distance and was nice and quite clean and offers to collect many mussels. will be happy to come back

I always dreamed of being able to live by the sea and the dream became a reality.... The road directions are perfect, the owners are super available, they gave us all the information about the house and how to manage the waste, where you can go to eat and shop. The house is a favor, for a couple it is perfect, clean and fragrant, excellent linens, kitchen and equipped with all appliances, washing machine included in the bathroom. Air conditioning,in a short time everything cools, USB outlets in all rooms, very useful if you forget the phone charger, gas sensor. In the garden we really enjoyed the gazebo for breakfasts and dinners at sunset,if you want to sunbathe without moving from home, in the garden there are comfortable armchairs, shower and umbrella. The garden is very nice and well-kept, it is a pleasure to sit and listen to the sea. Reserved and accessible car parking from the house, solar panels for hot water. VOTE 10

We loved Scoglitti and Domenico’s house. Sheltered beaches with golden sand, beach towels provided. Lots of recommendations for visits and local shops. Lemon trees in the garden. Peaceful yet central. Lovely

Excellent detached villa, very clean, equipped with everything you need. Exceptional communication with Paolo and Kora, as well as their kindness and availability. Fantastic location, 2 min walk to the sea, no more than an hour from many famous places in Sicily (Noto -15min, Marzamemi -30min, Ragusa -45min). Close to restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and the total independence. We hope to be back soon and will definitely recommend it :) Thank you very much!

Simona’s place was like a paradise! The garden was beautiful and the pool amazingly large. The apartment was cozy, the kitchen well enough equipped for making meals to our family. Simona was friendly and helpful and quick to answer all our questions. Altogether a perfect place for a holiday!

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

Beautiful place and beautiful, Italian family that greeted us warmly. The place was a paradise for our 2 boys (4 and 2,5 years) with a pool, trampoline and private terrace. The house was sparkling clean and was very elegantly decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped, also with spices, pasta, water in the fridge etc. We really relaxed there and would love to come back.

We are a family of four and were there in April. The apartment is well maintained and was newly renovated when we arrived. Rosanna's care was exceptional: Rosanna was accessible at all times and took care of things immediately when initially there were still small things missing in the kitchen and the newly installed air conditioning was still stalling. The apartment is located right on a cliff with incredible views of the sea, Catania and Etna. The Villagio where the apartment is located was very quiet, a car is mandatory. For us, the apartment was perfect as a quiet retreat after our trips to Syracuse, Etna and Villa Romana. We would book again anytime!

beautiful property. you find yourself among a grove of olive and citrus trees, a vineyard, a swimming pool -- all with the backdrop and view of the sea. Francesco's aunt lives on the property and tended to our needs - from local recommendations to helping with the heat. we were allowed to pick oranges to press some of our own Sicilian orange juice. our son loved playing in the private patio and sleeping in the upper bunk bed.

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Very nice property wirh a wonderful garden. Photos of the property are a bit outdated, maybe tey should be changed. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped and I would suggest a weekly change of towels and a daily pool cleaning. But all in all we enjoyed the stay and will come when we have our next trip to Sicilia.

Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

The place that host Luigi has to offer is worth recommending for at least a few reasons, and there are only a few reasons why it's hard to write down all the benefits of this place. Everything is as described. A large patio overlooking the sea and Mount Etna. Quiet and private neighborhood. The sea is literally a minute away from the house. A dog who was always looking forward to our return and the cat. Something beautiful. The host was very communicative and advised us. He gave us so many tips to look for online like monuments, restaurants, and wine. Always smiling and helpful. I can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience, no Catania or another place just staying with Lugi! I hope to come back and rest on the hammock with a view of Mount Etna again. Best regards,

Clean detached house and perfect for four guests . The villa is located on the provincial road but returned from the street floor with a nice manicured garden in front and a large private area closed by the gate, ideal for children to play safely and to park the car. About 50 meters from the house, going out on the right, there is a pedestrian passage on the road that leads to the wooden walkway that leads to the beautiful and wide beach and the very clean sea. We stayed in the second half of July and only on Sunday did we experience some confusion. Regarding the noise coming from the street, communicated by some guests, we honestly had nothing to complain about. At night, with air conditioning, you can sleep quietly without any disturbance. Rather, the fact that the house is totally separate from other facilities protects against any disturbing neighbors. So totally positive experience and very friendly host Piero.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The host was perfect and was always kind and at hand. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the beach which was hugely conveniet. The place is perfect for families.

We were here as a family over the Easter holidays. 2 adults and 2 children and really very very happy here. Can highly recommend it to couples and families alike. The proximity to the beach made it perfect for us. We love waking up to ocean views. In 1 minute you are on foot on a really beautiful beach. All surrounding towns and beaches were also easily accessible. It's super quiet, not touristy and somehow magical here. The place itself had everything you need. It was well equipped with everything you need and very comfortable beds. We lacked nothing and the house was simply beautiful. Great attention to detail, pure feel-good atmosphere! You can have breakfast and dinner outside on the terrace overlooking the sea as well as in the shade in the courtyard. There are enough chairs and tables available. :) There are no shops in the village itself - but supermarkets can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, for example in Noto.

We had a couple of great days staying in the spacious house with game room near beautiful beaches and the old town of Sciacca. Marcello was very attentive and responsive.

Alessandra and Alessandro warmly welcomed us to their house late at night due to a delayed flight. The place was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions. We were welcomed with Sicilian street food which was much appreciated. Communication with our hosts was easy and reactive. They also gave us lots of recommendations of locations to visit and places to eat. The house is well-designed and we felt at home right away. There are 2 patios, one at the front of the house, one at the back and a rooftop with a view on Mount Etna, ideal for an 'aperitivo' at the end of a long day of excursion of the multiple sites to visit . There is a small private beach in the cove that is easily accessible for a swim. All in all, this is a quiet and wonderful place to relax and we definitively recommend this place to other potential guests. We would love to come back again.
