The property has a favorable location because it is located between the two largest cities of Albania, Tirana and Durrës, about 30 min. The distance to Tirana Airport is 35 min. The distance from the beach and Vala Mare is 8 min by walk. In a short distance you can find several markets, bars, restaurants, barber and car wash, tobacco,24/7,tooling store. Free parking inside the yard

Die Anlage ist ein kleines Resort, sehr gepflegt, stilvoll mit kleinem Pool und Grillecke. Die Umgebung ist noch in Entwicklung, es wird viel gebaut. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss lang. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist aber direkt dort am Strand vorhanden. ich würde auch immer mit Auto zum Strand fahren, die Straße ist nicht beleuchtet. Der Strand ist lang und breit, und nicht ganz so zugepflatstert mit kommerziellen Liegeflächen wie üblich. Kleine Supermärkte sind um die Ecke erreichbar.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war von Anfang bis Ende einfach top. Der Ausblick vom Balkon bis hinunter zum Meer ist traumhaft schön – man hat einen echten Meerblick! Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar ruhig und ländlich, perfekt zum Abschalten, gleichzeitig sind Supermärkte schnell erreichbar. Das Meer ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – ein schöner Spaziergang, der sich absolut lohnt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war Aferdita, die Gastgeberin. Sie ist super herzlich, jederzeit per Handy erreichbar und gibt von sich aus tolle Reisetipps. Sie hat mir sogar einen handgeschriebenen Zettel mit einer Reiseroute für meine dreiwöchige Albanien-Reise vorbereitet – so aufmerksam und engagiert! Ich kann diesen Ort wirklich jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe, Natur, Meerblick und eine tolle Gastgeberin sucht. Ich komme gerne wieder!

het appartement is groot met ruime slaapkamers en kledingkasten. 1 slaapkamer had geen verduisterende gordijnen dit was erg jammer. appartementcomplex is rustig maar wel veel herrie van buiten. Als je zelf niet vroeg naar bed gaat is het prima anders oordoppen voor lichte slapers. Miranda zelf is top! Miranda is altijd bereikbaar en geeft tips, regelde ook een nieuw wasrek.
