Reach the property, remove your shoes and walk around. Tha grass is prickly but feels great throughout the day. At any point of the day there is a part of the lawn which has shade so, you can lounge outside the whole day either on the lawn or in the chairs. Proximity to the the city and other locations is 10 to 15 kms but the drive is wonderful. Staff is helpful, food while there are rave reviews we were not overwhelmed. But it is home cooked, so no colours, no boating of the stomach. It serves the purpose well. Other than the lawn the other highlight was barbecue. We felt the pricing could have been a little cheaper but nevertheless it was great to sit outside barbecue and have a drink. Travelled with wife and my 4 year old. Overall a great place, everything you need is there smart tv, bar counter, great bedroom, etc. 5 stars for the place and experience.

Stayed here for a day. My car had broken down when travelling from Bengaluru to Mumbai. Host spent some time and got me a mechanic as early as 8 in the morning in Kolhapur. And the room is great. Very value for money

Myra’s home felt like home away from home… It was really a great stay for a family get together…. The home was squeaky clean … Savita (Savi) was a great help to us , very proactive for food recommendations and also helped us with transportation… it’s a thumbs up with a great deal … worth the money … would definitely recommend as a great stay in Kolhapur .

Had visited the place for 2 nights with my wife and dog, the place is exactly the way it was described and is in a peaceful and private location. Its recommended you have your own private vehicle to get around as the place is little more than 1km away from highway/ main road. There are restaurants around to go and eat food, one restaurant food can get delivered to the stay by the caretaker. Caretaker Deepak is very helpful and responsive. Overall i loved the place and would consider booking again if i am around again. Thanks to Nikhil and Deepak for making our stay memorable and peaceful.

Extremely homely place. Super responsive host and was present in person to meet and expalin all the details. We reached late eveing and he had arranged home cooked delicious local food as desired for the dinner as well as in person delivered the same for night and morning breakfast. Well maitained property. Amey was very open to suggestions and personally asked for views. He captured smallest of details on things we suggested and made then available. Ihad my pet with me and he and ensured basic things like food bowls etc were availabe at the property for the pet. I would love to visit Amey's place again and would strongly recommned the property for people who would like to live at a place to experience home away from home in true sense.

The place was good n peaceful, but slightly difficult to locate the place. There should have been room services everyday. Was easy to book, and caretakers were friendly. Road leading the villa should have been concrete atleast the vehicle wouldn't have been affected. Overall it was a good stay, me and my family enjoyed at the villa.

it's a cosy little place on the Wai Panchgani road overlooking the valley across road. you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room. It's a very tastefully done up home, room and bathroom are spic and span. There is an equipped kitchen for basic cooking if you wish. The caretaker is always available for your requirements. The home-cooked meals are delicious, you don't have to step out. Certainly recommended.

As soon as we entered the property, we were greeted by the awesome nature. The property has integrated well with the greenery around. The chirping of the birds makes you feel that you are inside some rain forest. We were lucky to spot a deer, mongoose and lots of birds right at the front door of the home. It is really a great escape from the city life. The cooking didi was very polite and she cooked a decent meal for us. The home tells it's story from all the old photos of the owner's family. However, I personally found the framed children clothes somewhat spooky.
