Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Manduria

Ein Wunderbares Haus, für uns, architektonisch sehr ansprechend. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem weitläufigen Garten, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem zentral. Wenn es sich einrichten lässt würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. The apartment is situated in a really good location (14 mins from the train station, near the sea ) We were 3 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, I recommend it.

Wir waren im Oktober in Luigis Wohnung in Porto Cesareo und wir fanden alles vor, was die Fotos zeigten und wie es beschrieben war. Luigi war ein toller Gadtgeber, der stets schnell erreichbar war. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und zu Fuß konnten wir den Hafen und die Restaurants dort, sowie den Strand gut erreichen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, der im Hof sicher geparkt werden durfte und haben so von Porto Cesareo aus die ganze Gegend erkundet. Die Küche war top ausgestattet und wir konnten uns so auch mal etwas kochen. Diese Reise war unsere erste Reise über airbnb und es war wunderbar bei Luigi Gast zu sein! Grazie

Bel appartement bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces. Terrasse appréciable et place de parking. Cependant la salle de bain est étroite et il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Maria gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war neuwertig. Maria war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar und hat uns z.B auch ein extra Set Handtücher bereit gestellt. Der Strand und das Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und somit brauchte man das Auto vor Ort nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The highlight was certainly being able to enjoy the time up on the rooftop terrace. It was a lovely escape from the sometimes busy streets of Ostuni and the view was stellar. The apartment was also very clean and had everything we needed. Finally the check in/out process was very smooth and Francesco was very prompt to respond to all our messages.

Devo dire che Giulia è una persona molto attenta, la casa in ordine, pulita e soprattutto fresca, i servizi che offre sono quelli giusti per una vacanza piacevole e spensierata.

Een prachtig appartement met goede bedden en fijne faciliteiten. Een geweldig zwembad in een hele mooie fijne tuin; rust op een paar minuten wandelen van het dorpje met verschillende restaurants, bakkers en verschillende supermarkten. Daniele was geweldig; ongelooflijk vriendelijk en servicegericht! We hebben enorm genoten!

Je recommande à 100% le logement proposé par Erasmina. C’est une hôte accueillante et aux petits soins, Erasmina a été disponible du début à la fin de notre séjour. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable. L’endroit est paisible. Je conseille juste de ne pas s’y rendre en voiture (Erasmina vous donnera toutes les infos nécessaires). N’hésitez pas, choisissez ce logement :)

Schönes frisch renoviertes Haus auf dem Land mit schöner Umgebung unweit von Ottanto, absolute Ruhe, alles sehr sauber und sehr erholsam.

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Leila genossen. Sie und ihr Partner waren freundlich, flexibel, aufmerksam und haben bei Anfragen schnell reagiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat alles super funktioniert (z.B. Waschmaschine, Backofen). Die Einrichtung ist qualitativ hochstehen (z. B. herrliche Frotteewäsche) und es ist alles mit viel Stil dekoriert aber nicht überladen. Es sind gute Betten, nur hätte ich für meinen Rücken noch einen Topper auf die Federkernmatraze gebaucht. Es hat viel Stauraum. Den Sitzplatz vor dem Haus haben wir nicht benutzt, da fanden wir es nicht so gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick haben wir wenig genutzt, weil wir im Herbst da waren und es da um 19.00 Uhr bereits dunkel ist. Auch hat es häufig etwas zu fest gewindet. Den Strand in Fussnähe haben wir 1 bis 2 mal genossen, meistens sind wir aber nach vorne gefahren, wo der Strand deutlich breiter ist. Vielen Dank an Leila, wir empfehlen deine Unterkunft gerne weiter.

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

My husband & I were pleased with everything about this place. Beautiful,clean,comfortable & spacious. Straightforward entry. Great location. Once we parked our car in the free parking spot that comes with the apartment, we just walked to all the shops, restaurants & sights close by. Marco was very communicative & prompt to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Grazie Marco!

Location was fabulous right in the old centre close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful interior that matches the photos perfectly in fact the space is more beautiful in person, so tastefully decorated, views spectacular from the roof where we ate breakfast each morning. The kitchen very well appointed with everything we needed. Outdoor shower a treat. Just perfect and would highly recommend.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, Giammarco sempre gentile e disponibile. L'appartemento è molto accogliente e pulito, con tutto ciò di cui si necessita a portata di mano. Nessuna nota negativa.

Mikaela was very responsive and gave lots of good tips for places to eat. Different from the usual Airbnb’s I’ve stayed as interesting furniture and lighting. Loved the roof terrace. We stayed 3 nights in early April. Nardo was very quiet but I think it was out of season and many resturaunts were closed.

From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed with the breathtaking views that greeted us. The location was perfect—situated near the heart of the city, it allowed us to easily explore the vibrant local culture and stunning beaches. We had a wonderful stay at Alessia’s apartment. It is located in the historic centre on a quiet street just minutes from the main attractions. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with lots of interesting design details. The upper deck is lovely with views over the surrounding rooftops. The apartment was easy to find and access. Highly recommended.
