Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Casa Lucrezia – Apartment by the Sea

The large and bright house is located in front of the sea in the village of Mandriola, in the Sinis Peninsula. Recently renovated, the house has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, a small courtyard with an outdoor shower, and a veranda in front of the sea. The house overlooks a small gulf and is a few hundred meters from the beautiful beaches of Putzu Idu, S'Anea scoada, Sa Mesa longa, Sa Rocca tunda and the promontory of Capo Mannu.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
