We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

A fantastic weekend getaway with 10 people! City center within walking distance, supermarket 2 min walk. Host was super nice and friendly, always available!

Great location, beach is 1 min away, beautiful big terrace, quiet with an amazing view. For this pre-season period this choice was excellent. Marija is a great host, she was very responsive and catered our every need. Beds were comfortable, we had good choice of appliances (microwave, water heating kettle, oven, gas and electricity stove) and there is a big fridge. Parking is big and accessible. Wi-fi works ok.

We were absolutely delighted with Ljubica she was very friendly, best host we arrived very late due to our flight being delayed we arrived at 2.30am and Ljubica was so kind even wanting to help us with our luggage and asked if we were hungry offered to make us something to eat , we have been to many airbnbs this one was our by far our favourite. The waterfall veiw from our verandah with the soothing sounds of water and wildlife was spectacular we enjoyed every minute of our stay amd highly recommend this wonderful home away from home it was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a amazing holiday we both are comming back and staying longer . The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at - host was fantastic with info and responsiveness, well stocked kitchen, gift basket, firewood. Great location- walking distance to the park and very peaceful

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

It was a lovely stay! Blanka is super nice and attentive. The studio was clean, organized, and well equipped. The pool was a blast... after a long drive it was exactly what we were hoping for!

The apartment is beautiful, very stylishly decorated and there is everything you need. The view of the sea (we moved the terrace furniture a bit so that we can look towards the sea) and the nature in the area is very nice. The place is quiet and peaceful. Vedran was very helpful and friendly. He always responded quickly to questions and gave us many recommendations for beaches, restaurants and shopping. Burcu, the woman who was on site, is very helpful and sweet. The beach a few minutes away was perfect for us for swimming before breakfast, after which we mostly looked for and found a "lonely" bay :-) it was wonderful. The water is crystal clear. We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Wonderful stay! Communication went smoothly even before the vacation. Igor was accessible throughout and answered questions. The apartment was super equipped, everything necessary was available and we felt right at home. The sea was practically at the doorstep and the small concrete beach had a charm. We will be happy to come back!

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He was very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a highlight. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a starting point for excursions to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the versatile landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without any problems. We will certainly be back!
