I would split the review into two: the apartment and the host (Sofia). The apartment is "simply" as it appears in the photos: bright, spacious, very clean, with new furniture, very well organized with everything you need even for a medium/long stay. Located in a strategic and quiet area of ​​Kos, you can easily reach beaches and clubs for a completely relaxing stay. And.... for those like me who wanted to visit the island, it has easy parking nearby. The host: Sofia. Present in real time with her advice on beaches and restaurants, but at the same time discreet and not invasive of our privacy. Thank you very much Sofia for your advice, for your availability that made our stay splendid. Would I go back? If I were to return to Kos, definitely (of course if available)

What a perfect week.. a beautiful home on an amazing and unique island! It was the perfect mix of peacefulness and adventure. Loved hiking around the island, exploring its history and the cute shops. Only kind of tricky thing was lining up the ferry schedule with the rest of our plans. But Stekanakis was very helpful and flexible with this. A great host, very responsive!

Wonderful two-story house, spacious and comfortable with large bedrooms and an incredibly comfortable and beautiful open plan kitchen-living area on the ground floor. Very beautiful terrace on the floor. We felt very comfortable from the start, we didn't miss anything. Very beautiful and quiet location, it is literally close to everything, you go everywhere in the city on foot. The house is one of the cases where the reality is better than the photos! The host was very informative in everything, discreet, friendly and polite in our communication, we didn't even have to ask about anything as he provided us with all the information and every detail about our stay, before we even arrived!

We felt totally comfortable from the first hour. House was super nice and lovingly furnished. It is set up as the pictures show it and very clean. Gabriela gave us great tips for the island and always had an open ear. Highly recommended. Fresh eggs in the morning,if you wanted ,from in-house chickens. The terraces in front of and behind the house invite you to linger. The garden is very well maintained . Location is also very good. To Kos city 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed it very much. We had a really good rest. A big thank you to Gabriela and her family 😙

We had a great stay at this cosy BnB. It is located in a complex with other apartments, yet feels very private. Everything was as expected.

We spent 10 great days at Villa Noema 2. The new villa and large pool were fantastic. The property offered plenty of space and privacy for 2 people. It was very nice and modernly furnished as well as everything high-quality. From the balcony you have a magnificent view of the sea. From the pool area you have a wonderful view of the mountains. Maja and Paul were very friendly and gave us valuable tips around the island. The well-being of the guests is their first priority. We liked the location very much. Within 20 to 30 minutes by car, many beautiful places are easily accessible. In Zia, just 10 minutes from the property, you can enjoy excellent food with beautiful sunsets. We will be happy to come back.

It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to relax and feel at home. The location is just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the beach. Alexandros’ father, who lives across from the property, was incredibly helpful and kind with everything. Thank you for hosting me—it was a pleasure!

The house was lovely, and the location was perfect. Everything was close by, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the city center. We stayed there with a group of five girls, and everything went smoothly. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always responded quickly if we had any issues. They were also very helpful throughout our stay.

Me, my son, and my wife stayed at this wonderful house in Zia village from August 17th to 22nd. It was definitely beyond our expectations, and we will certainly come back again. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Thank you for everything.
