The apartment is "simply" as it appears in the photos: bright, spacious, very clean, with new furniture, very well organized with everything you need even for a medium/long stay. Located in a strategic and quiet area of ​​Kos, you can easily reach beaches and clubs for a completely relaxing stay. And.... for those like me who wanted to visit the island, it has easy parking nearby. The host: Sofia. Present in real time with her advice on beaches and restaurants, but at the same time discreet and not invasive of our privacy. Thank you very much Sofia for your advice, for your availability that made our stay splendid. Would I go back? If I were to return to Kos, definitely (of course if available)

What a perfect week.. a beautiful home on an amazing and unique island! It was the perfect mix of peacefulness and adventure. Loved hiking around the island, exploring its history and the cute shops. Only kind of tricky thing was lining up the ferry schedule with the rest of our plans. But Stekanakis was very helpful and flexible with this. A great host, very responsive!

Υπέροχη διόροφη κατοικία, ευρύχωρη και άνετη με μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και έναν απίστευτα άνετο και όμορφο ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας-σαλονιού στο ισόγειο. Πολύ όμορφη βεράντα στον όροφο. Νιώσαμε πολύ άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή, δε μας έλειψε τίποτα. Πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, είναι κυριολεκτικά κοντά στα πάντα, πας παντού στην πόλη με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι είναι από τις περιπτώσεις που η πραγματικότητα είναι καλύτερη από τις φωτογραφίες! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστικός σε όλα, διακριτικός, φιλικός και ευγενικός στην επικοινωνία μας,δε χρειάστηκε καν να ρωτήσουμε για το οτιδήποτε καθώς μας παρείχε όλες τις πληροφορίες και κάθε λεπτομέρεια για τη διαμονή μας, πριν καν φτάσουμε!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Stunde an total wohl gefühlt. Haus war super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist so eingerichtet, wie die Bilder es zeigen und sehr sauber.Gabriela hat uns tolle Tipps für die Insel gegeben und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Sehr empfehlenswert.Morgens frische Eier,wenn man wollte ,von hauseigenen Hühnern. Die Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt . Lage ist auch sehr gut. Nach Kos Stadt 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Uns hat es super gefallen. Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Gabriela und ihre Familie 😙

Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Rikis wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichteter Wohnung genossen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist grandios, sie hat uns auch Taxis und Transfers organisiert und Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Wären wir in Kos geblieben, dann sicher in Rikis Casa Verde!

Wir verbrachten 10 tolle Tage in der Villa Noema 2. Die neue Villa und der grosse Pool waren fantastisch. Die Unterkunft bot viel Platz und Privatsphäre für 2 Personen. Sie war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet sowie alles hochwertig verarbeitet. Vom Balkon hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick aufs Meer. Vom Poolbereich hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Berge. Maja und Paul waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps rund um die Insel. Das Wohl der Gäste steht bei ihnen an erster Stelle. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Innerhalb von 20 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto sind viele schöne Orte gut erreichbar. In Zia, nur 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, kann man vorzüglich Essen bei herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Czas spędzony w miejscu które oferuje Alexandros był bardzo udany. Domek spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo blisko do centrum Kosu oraz nad morze. Tata gospodarza to niezwykle pomocny i serdeczny człowiek. Będziemy miło wspominać ten pobyt, a jeżeli kiedyś będziemy znów wybierać się na Kos to na pewno skorzystamy z tej oferty raz jeszcze 🍀

The house was lovely, and the location was perfect. Everything was close by, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the city center. We stayed there with a group of five girls, and everything went smoothly. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always responded quickly if we had any issues. They were also very helpful throughout our stay.

Me, my son, and my wife stayed at this wonderful house in Zia village from August 17th to 22nd. It was definitely beyond our expectations, and we will certainly come back again. Dimitris is a very friendly person. Thank you for everything.
