Vacation rentals with beach access in Manavgat

We were absolutely delighted with the beautiful garden with pomegranate and orange trees, bougainvilleas and many other flowering Mediterranean plants. The complex is fantastic, quiet and simply a special place to feel good. The house is clean, cozy and you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is also the private beach with sunbeds, sun protection and tranquility, which cannot be found in any hotel. Thank you dear Julia, we can only recommend your house!

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Emine and her family again. Even though we made our reservation the night before, we got answers to our questions quickly. The house is just like the pictures, the white goods, the furniture are all brand new. Especially the kitchen utensils are complete. Even though everything is new, it obviously improves your feeling in the stay. Since the other houses next to the house belonged to Ms. Emine and the house we stayed in was in the corner, we had the opportunity to use a wider garden. If you are going to stay for a long time in these types of stays, the neighbors are also important:) We were very comfortable with our family of 3 and our dog. For those who do not know Boğazkent, the location of the house offers 400 meters to the sea and although it is a sea public beach, it offers umbrellas and sun loungers. There are 3 restaurants (2 fish, 1 meat restaurant) belonging to the municipality, I highly recommend them both for fish lovers. Şok, A101 and grocery store are within walking distance, while Bim, Migros and Carrefour are 1.5 km away.

I was in the house in November. A beautiful house and beautiful vacation complex. First week was still in the hotel opposite loud music to hear in the 2nd week it was closed. The house has no heating, so it can get a little chilly in the evening at only +12 degrees. When the sun was shining, there was also hot water, as there is a solar system on the roof. Unfortunately, the windows were not so tight to shut out the noise from the D400 expressway. You always had some traffic noise. Shutters are available everywhere and the kitchen was really great. For cooking, everything was there, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, kettle and much more. I can recommend the house.

Great spacious apartment, all the necessary things in the kitchen. The only thing could be improved is hot water flow and washing machines needs to be checked.

It's my second time at Orhan's house. I see that the opportunities have increased every time I come. The cleanliness was excellent as always. Thank you for such a beautiful place Orhan ☺️

I loved my stay at Emine villa. It’s new and modern, all very clean and with all necessary for have a pleasant time. The garden and pool with sun from morning till evening and no any neighbours around the area of garden, then you can enjoy it really calm. City center and beach are 2-3 minutes on car and Emine is welcoming and very reactive to answer for any questions. I recommend if you want a nice stay to book that villa.

The house, rooms and bathroom were very clean and tidy. The area where the house is located is a calm place, there is no loud noise and yelling at all. A place with a head rest. The host was very helpful to us with some issues, and I would like to thank him again. He/she always responded to our questions and requests as soon as possible and allowed us to spend our vacation more comfortably.

I highly recommend a home and layout that is a great location with the best possible design.

Generally, we had a good stay. Can is a very responsive and careful host. The Villa has 4 rooms and a really nice outside area with a garden and pool. Very well maintained. For families with small kids: 1. The apartment we booked was supposed to be on the ground floor with an easy access to garden. Was not the case for us, we were given the #4 on the 1st floor. With a 2 years old child we wanted to avoid any stairs. We've managed just fine but worth double checking with the host, if you expect a ground floor apartment (#1,#2). 2. If you don't receive multiple keys + a chip, please ask for it. The chip is necessary for getting into the apartment in case of power outages (happened a couple of times during our stay). Dors are electric, so if no electricity, you won't get in with the provided code. 3. The hot water temperature is really hard to set. Either really hot or cold. You'll need good patience to set it properly. I burned myself 2 times. Dangerous for kids !!!
