Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

"The Shed" with a view

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

Fingle Farm

A delightful one bedroom chalet near to the picturesque village of Drewsteignton. The chalet is located within a small holding with the family home close by. The property is within close proximity to the A30 and within 16 miles of Exeter Airport. The self contained chalet comprises a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Wi-Fi. We do have a number of animals on the small holding, which are kept in a separate area. The chalet is popluar with walkers on the Two Moors Way close by.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Becka is a self contained cottage, a short drive from the A38, close to the local towns of Bovey Tracey and Mortenhampstead and 5 minutes from the village of Lustleigh. All have great pubs, Tea Shops and good places to eat.

The Apiary is a converted hayloft sitting at the end of a 16th Century Dartmoor Farmhouse, a short ten-minute walk from Widecombe in the Moor and 200m from the Two Moors Way. With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

We also offer free car parking, secure cycle parking and Wi-Fi. There are three separate steps leading up to the property.
