Vacation rentals with beach access in Manasquan

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Chris’s home was perfect for a weekend down the shore! Close to everything you would need. Chris was extremely helpful and communicative, making the stay even better.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Christina is the best Airbnb host I have stayed with! She was so kind and even sent a video walkthrough of how to check in. Even though she was abroad during our stay, she was incredibly responsive, and her property manager was on top of everything. Everything was extremely clean, and the apartment is fully stocked with everything you could need. Additionally, I was a little worried about smoking, but I kept my stuff in a smell-proof container, and she provides a beautifully furnished patio where you are allowed to smoke (within reason, obviously)! The only slightly negative thing I could say is that the mattress was very hard, so I recommend vacuum sealing a mattress topper to bring lol! 100% my new go-to!

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

We absolutely love the Stockton! Everything is exactly as described and I have only stayed at one other place where the cleanliness was so thorough. Matt was super responsive to any concerns we had and it was so easy to find a resolution. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone. As beautiful as the place is, make sure to get outside and check out the area. It’s a whole experience and we are so grateful for our time there!

Michael's place was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens (all new), amazing beds and bedding. The location was fantastic, a block from the beach and 15 minute walk to Main Street. He was proactive, kind, extremely responsive and made us feel very welcome. Just FYI as of this posting on 5/20/25 there is construction next store during the week 8a-4p, not sure how long it will be (they are renovating the house next door).

This home was beautiful and Runa is an excellent host! She provided us with everything we needed and was always available to communicate throughout the process. The house amenities were great and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Manasquan near the beach!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful. This home is beautiful, bright, sparkling clean, well organized and very very comfortable. It is not cluttered yet provides areas to relax &/or to play in. We had all of the quality amenities that we wanted. We were there for a few weeks and had no trouble settling in & finding shops for quality food and/or restaurants. We saw Lake Como, which is a block away, from our window and we were a few blocks from the boardwalk and beaches. This area of the Jersey Shore offers family fun things to do and also beautiful beaches to walk along. We rode our bicycles locally and drove short distances to visit some historic sites. This is our 2nd stay in this lovely home and we hope to return to it again. The host checked in with us and responded to our questions. The host made us feel like if we needed anything he was available to help. This is a beautiful place to stay - A REAL GEM! Thank you.

My family rented Arthur's house for a week at the Jersey shore this summer and we had an amazing time. House is v new with lots of upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. House is v clean and neat too. Pool is great with a big shallow end for younger kids but deep end and slide for more advanced swimmers. Arthur provided beach towels, floats, beach chairs, and more, too - making the stay even easier and better. Would highly recommend and plan to be back!

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!

I love this area for vacation. Having off street parking , Laundry and a place to accomodate my pet were bonuses. Not having linens and towels is a Jersey thing, I always feel that these items should be available onsite especially for the price of rentals in this area. Tina is a pleasant and responsive host. I recommend her and would stay here again.
