Thomas' home was perfect for my family! He was very prompt in responding. Gave clear, easy instructions to gain access to his home as he said he would. Would recommend highly.

Prime location. Close to restaurants, the beach, and bars. Big plus was the cute back yard with room for parking. Highly recommend.

Waterfront 3-Bedroom Oasis, 4 Minutes to Beach

We had a great stay during the early spring. House was immaculate, with all of the right amenities and the location was great! We could also tell the home had been recently renovated. The walk to downtown Manasquan took 10 minutes or we could be at the beach in 5. Steven was very helpful and responsive as a host, answering any and all questions - he even left a small welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived! I highly recommend and intend on coming back. From the views off the front balcony to the vibes out back in the Tiki Cabana, this is a great spot!

A covered patio space is furnished with a large sectional and individual seating arranged around a coffee table. Soft lighting is present, and planters add greenery. The area is comfortably set on a gravel surface, with curtains providing partial enclosure.
