¡Nuestra estadía fue increíble! El lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba impecable, ordenado y acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa, el apartamento está en un condominio con prestaciones adicionales como la pequeña piscina que se encuentra en medio de un precioso jardín, no querrás perder la oportunidad para relajarte en él mientras cae la tarde y el sol ilumina suavemente sus alrededores, la ubicación es privilegiada contando con restaurantes y actividad nocturna muy amena en las inmediaciones, se encuentra muy cerca de vías principales y a 30 minutos del Aeropuerto. Sin duda, un lugar para quienes buscan un hospedaje que haga la diferencia en Nicaragua. ¡Los recomiendo totalmente y nos quedamos deseosos de repetir 100 veces más la experiencia!!

Es la segunda vez que visitamos este apartamento, nos gusta muchísimo, es súper cerca de Managua, la piscina está a pasos de la casa al igual que el mar! Es perfecto para ir en familia y con niños pequeños! Definitivamente volveríamos 🤗

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Perfect for families, as it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The place was exactly what I needed. I was coming to Nicaragua to look at properties in Aposentillo and didn’t want to drive at night. The location was perfect on the west side of town so I didn’t have much traffic heading west in the morning. The place is clean and Maritza was very accommodations.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

Me encantó mi estancia en Kodu Apartments. El lugar es limpio, moderno, bien equipado, y las instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio están en excelente estado. La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

Amazing Stay I booked this Airbnb for my mom and grandmother, and it exceeded all expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. They were incredibly sweet to my grandmother and even helped her get upstairs, which meant so much to us.

Exceptionnel! Très bien situé. D’une propreté irréprochable. Un chat très attachant. Une déco artistique avec une bibliothèque de livres à lire. Les enfants demandent déjà pour y retourner!!!

Ich war fast einen kompletten Monat in der Unterkunft von Warren (Sprachschule in Granada). Ich bin super glücklich dass ich meinen Aufenthalt im Casa Tortuga gebucht habe. Eliza, die Reinigungskraft, ist goldwert! Sie kommt jeden Tag vorbei und bringt die Unterkunft sowie das Zimmer wieder in top Zustand! Ebenfalls ist sie immer da bei Fragen oder wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Sie ist eine super freundliche Seele! Ich durfte ebenfalls Warren‘s Familie kennenlernen. Sind alles super nette, gastfreundliche Menschen! Ich habe die Zeit mit ihnen total genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr grossräumig, super eingerichtet und sauber - es fehlt an nichts! Der Pool ist super für ne kurze Abkühlung nach dem Sightseeing. Die Unterkunft befindet sich sehr zentral in einem sicheren Quartier und liege nahe zu allen Restaurants. Ebenfalls darf man das Gym (5min zu Fuss entfernt) kostenlos benutzen- es hat ebenfalls Yoga Lektionen. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian & Marys place. The landscape around is just beautiful. It was calm and relaxing as we wished for. Brian and Mary we‘re just the best hosts, very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, we loved the famous: „Brians bagel“ and the fresh fruit smoothie was the best start for the day. We had a really good time with Brian & Mary, and of course the cute Fritz. We totally recommend staying at their place and would always come back.
