This is a charming and cozy apartment, offering a high level of privacy. The host was highly responsive, and Marvin, who handled the check-in and check-out process, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The space felt very private, the air conditioning functioned perfectly, and both the bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay!.

I was staying in Adriana's apartment and I must say that the place is extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning works wonder in a matter of a few minutes refreshed the room. In my stay I was cooking quite a bit and the kitchen was very comfortable for me, a single detail is that some ollite is missing. Also, despite being on the main road the place is quiet and quiet Pue which sleeps very quietly. In a few words a very comfortable place to stay in which I will be staying again

I had an amazing time at James place. It was as warm and comfortable as the pictures. Everything was close by to get to and the taxi Milton was a great tour guide to show me around the city. I only stayed a weekend but I definitely will be back to visit and I will only stay here. Thank you!

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Excellent place to stay. it has air condition which is very important in Nicaragua as weather gets as high as 40 degrees and very humid. it's very close to the airport and the city in general. Hosts are very kind and amazing. Highly recommended

it's a beautiful oasis of nature and peace. The apartment is spacious, clean, private but with lots of natural light, the bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, the A/C worked perfectly but to be honest with such amazing weather you barely need it, the location climate is amazing. The host was friendly, gracious and welcoming, however she gave us our space while making herself available to us if needed, bottom line we felt right at home. My partner and I spent a great night there and we feel it is the perfect place for a getaway, next time we'll spend more time.
